Schedule 'A' -Part I ( B&R Works)

M&L for chipping , removing carefullly the concrete work by low impact hammer ,breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debries out side the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Hard concrete shall not be removed by force.

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT conforming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT CRS bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter FEOVERT and applying protective coating IPNET-RB all as specified and as directed.

M & L for carrying out Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100 or equivalent on concrete surface. This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a vertical extent of 100mm , through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the electro-chemical reaction , it should have property to attract anode as well as cathode , which is purely alkaline in nature(Ph-9.5) so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 mm center to center in staggered manner or as directed in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum of about 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs of cement mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled for repair to wall & slab all as specified and as directed.

M&L for injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including, mixing of materials :mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching .Grouting maintain the pressure at exit 0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2 by monitoring pressure guage at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements at the rate of 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles in beam and columns all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster conforming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex additives(MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 Cement-15 sand) -in damaged areas in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying jacketing around columns with micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specifications complete. Notes: (i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rates shall include for jacketing, formwork and micro concrete.

M&L for TMT steel bars CRS 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars CRS 6 mm to 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

M & L for TMT CRS bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking bending & hooking ends & binding with MS wire annealed not less 0.9mm dia for stirrups/binders all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalant) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 part of water and allow to dry for 04 hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixit Newcoat/ Waterseal concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing all the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades , shelves, lintels, etc; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc; and making good, cutting exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm girth all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sq.m. each with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames and removing off site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 sq.m and not exceeding 4 sqm each with shutters without taking off shutters from the frames and removing off site etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description not exceeding 1 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 2 sq m all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 2 Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old particle boards/plywood as in shelves boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry,built in all quoins, arches, pillars etc , but excluding ashlar facings, dressed boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips of size 38 mm x 3 mm as in floors all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 40 mm thick cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished surfaces finished even and rough to receive to topping layers like similar work as arequired all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 for laying floor finishes to receive floor tiles all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light / dark coloured shade, 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non - skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry at 3 kg /sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match existing surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles in vertical surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light coloured shade, 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat grey cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 450 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite as approved type machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing for treads etc complete all as specified and as directed.s directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite machine cut,in vertical / horizontal set of jointed in cement slurry over and including rendering coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing,cutting and polishing all as specified and as directed.s directed.

M&L for 18- 20 mm thick granite of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC Type A 1 ,1:1.5:3 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in slabs supported on walls , beams etc .and columns landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for use & waste wooden form work (rough finished) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (horizontal/sloping), all as specified and as directed.

S & F Solid PVC one or more rebate (single/double) door frame of size 50 mm x 95 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with head moulded prelam PVC 'C' channel having a both side prelam PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and both side prelam PVC sheet for top rail, lock rain & bottom rail paneling of plain gap insert for top rail & bottom rail paneling of both side prelam PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails feathered at edges/with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.46 above but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly all as specified and as directed.
