Amount

1. Carriage of materials by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking :

a) Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note - item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/ plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

2. Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:

a) All kinds of soil

3. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

4. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

5. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

6. Providing and fixing chromium plated brass curtain rod having wall thickness of 1.25 mm with two chromium plated brass brackets fixed withC.P. brass screws and PVC sleeves etc., wherever necessary complete :

a) 20 mm dia

7. Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

8. Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

9. Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

10. Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

a) 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

11. Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

a) 1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m*

12. Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

a) Old work (one or more coats)

13. White washing with lime to give an even shade :

a) Old work (one or more coats) .

14. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

a) One or more coats on old work.

15. Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

a 0 Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

16. Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty:

a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

17. Attending repairs to Low level PVC flush tanks by replacing necessary parts as per requirement as directed.

18. Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete.

a) Semi rigid pipe

19) Removing the damaged sanitary and water supply fittings and replacing them with new fittings including necessary white lead/ lead wool etc complete as directed by the Engineer - in - charge.

a) Unplasticised PVC connection pipe 15 mm nominal dia and 45 cm long with brass unions :

b) PTMT bib cock 15mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms. of approved quality and colour.

c) PTMT stop cock 15 mm nominal bore, 86 mm long. Weighing not less than 88 gms. of approved quality and colour.

20.Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with M.S hold fast/ lugs/ SS dash

fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

(M.S hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/ window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variationin profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

a) Frame size 45 x 70 mm

21. Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

a) 30 mm thick

22. )Attending repairs to wooden or Aluminium doors or windows by removing and attending repairs including using necessary screws, nails and other accessories required for smooth functioning of door/ window as directed by the Engineer -in - charge. (Hinges, Floor springs, locks will be paid separately)
