i) Following nature of work shall be executed at various locations at NOFRA and Old/New Navy Nagar area including BSO furniture yard under jurisdiction of GE(NW) NOFRA as directed by Engg-in-Charge / GE. Treatment to furniture shall be done carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts including tightening,screwing, welding, glueing, nailing wherever applicable. Anti termite treatment to be done to infected furniture in situ or in BSO yard and quoted rate shall includes the above. ii) All wooden members shall be of first class hard wood (teak) well seasoned and independent testing shall be carried out in Govt approved lab before incorporation in the work and test results shall be submitted alongwith RAR.
