M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope.All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by the heating the overlaps with butane torch. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (c) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with integrlal water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed and specified. Note : WPC shall be paid and measured seperately under relavent item

All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of siemens grey shade 7035.
