Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 305.4.3

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines,grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3

Excavation for roadway in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3.5

Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers and disposal with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 1000 metres, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections as per MoRTH Specification Clause 301.3.5 Mechanical Means

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications drawings and as per direction of Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Dismantling kerb stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000m as per MoRTH Specification Clause 202.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with waterat OMC in mechanical mixer (PugMill),carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers insub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting,barricading and maintenance of diversion,etc as per Tables 400-12&400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406 By Mechanical Means with all lead

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion(SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base (WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502
