Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and Removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land Where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone crushed aggregate in plinth protection, 75mm thick, finished even and smooth using extra cement, including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick sub base, sub floor and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100 mm thick , as in floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick, 38mm width, inserted in position, conforming to design complete all as specified. Note: Rate for laying of glass dividing strip is deemed to be inclduined in the relevant item of PCC floors of this BOQ

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tile to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L non-skid Heavy duty endura tile 18 to 22 mm thick area exc 0.13 but not exc 0.20 Sqm coloured joint free in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. M&L for polished chequred cement concrete tiles 20cm X 20cm X 25mm thick, set ,pointed & jointed in neat cement slurry in floors polished with grey cement & pigments and laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed base (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Machine pressed / vibro mechanically floated interlocking cement paver block ISI marked, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with topping of grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete. Shape pattern of laying shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles/concrete block walling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, using old concrete blocks obtained from the demolition, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or stone masonary work, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.

Material for factory made precast PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in kerb stone of size 300 x 300x 100mm thick (width and depth of kerb stone shall be 100mm & 300mm respectively) set in CM (1:4) inclduing necessary form works and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match including use of necessary formwork all as specified and directed. Note : S&F reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good the disturbed grouind, in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Mild steel bolts machine made with hexagonal or square head one end each screwed other end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm but not exc. 20cm long and dia of neck exc 11 mm but n exc 15 mm dia including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150 x 100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling all as specified and as directed.

TMT mild steel bars, 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel or steel based surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F MS works as of angles or tees, fixed independently cut to shape drilled incl. bending and welding angles of grade 410-Fe including dismantling of unserviceable steel work all as specified and directed.

S&F punched tape concertina coil as per IS 4454 with galvanised coating thickness of 230mm Gm/Sm and punched tape as per IS 513 deep drawn quality with a galvanising coating thickness of 12 micron minimum having 50 nos of fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post with 2.642mm GI wire (concertina coil weighting 15Kg approx per coil stretchable to 8 to 9m length including dismantling of damaged concertina coil complte all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised MS wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 including dismantling of unserviceable steel complete all as specified and as directed

Welding in repairs n. exc 2.5cm in, Thickness of Metal to be welded exc. 20mm but n.exc 25mm length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
