Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair concrete surfaces of roofs in cement mortar (1:3) finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with 3% Integeral Water proofing compound by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: Integral Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, cement concrete, including flashings and jounction of parapets etc and surface painting with a layer of blown grade bitumen of 85/25 penetration grade @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and lightly tampered to the surface of sunken etc and S&F APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric laid on primed surfaced by forced application complete all as specified.
