Supply ,Installation, testing and commissioning of following tonnage and 5 star rated wall mounted inverter type Hi wall split cooling air conditioner having wireless remote controller, hermetically sealed/scroll/rotary compressor and Eco friendly refrigerant,initial charge of refrigerant,Condensor and Evaporator coils of copper material, air filter with auto swing & auto restart features, suitable for operation on 230V, single phase, 50Hz, AC power supply. The indoor unit shall be fixed rigidly on wall using necessary frame, the outdoor unit shall be mounted on wall or floor using suitable powder coated MS angle frame as required. including clamps, bolts, nuts,vibrating Dampers, Laying of standard length of copper refrigerant piping,electrical flexible cable connectivity between indoor and outdoor complete as required . Necessary drilling of hole and finishing the same to match for the surrounding as required.

The indoor unit shall be suspended from the ceiling using threaded rods and outdoor unit shall be fixed rigidly on wall / floor using suitable powder coated MS angle frame as required.including clamps, bolts, nuts,vibrating Dampers, Laying of standard length of copper refrigerant piping, electrical flexible cable connectivity between indoor and outdoor complete as required. Necessary drilling of hole and finishing the same to match for the surrounding as required.

Supply and laying of additional Copper refrigerant pipe of size suitable for 1.5TR and 2 TR Air conditioners for interconnection of suction and liquid lines between indoor and outdoor unit with tubular Thermal Foam insulation for Hi Wall/cassette Split Air Conditioner as required for item no. 1 & 2.

Supply and fixing of 75mm Dia,minimum 1.8mm thickness PVC covering pipe using necessary clamps,threded rod supports for laying copper refrigernt line, electrical cable and drain line

Supply & laying of 4C*2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, 1.1 kV grade, PVC sheathed multistrand flexible Copper Cable along with the refrigerant lines for connecting indoor and outdoor units

Supply and fixing of 25 mm dia,minimum thickness of 1.2mm PVC drain pipe along with accessories and necessary clamps

Dismantling of 1.5 to 2 TR Window type Air Conditioner unit including cabinet, removing of wooden frame , electrical wires, pumpdown and shifting to store yard as directed by site engineer.

Dismantling of 2 TR Hi wall split Air Conditioner having indoor and outdoor units,associated refrigerant pipes, electrical wires and drain pipes including Pump down of refrigerant and Shifting to store yard as directed by site engineer.

Dismantling of 4 Nos. of 3TR Ductable Air Conditioner having indoor and outdoor units associated refrigerant pipes,return air metal box,AC duct,grill, electrical wires and drain pipes including Pump down of refrigerant and Shifting to store yard as directed by site engineer.

Drilling of hole using core cutting machine of size up to 100 mm dia in concreate/stone wall / ceiling for laying refrigerant lines etc.

Making of necessary alteration of existing False ceiling of tile size 600mm x 600mm grid including necessary aluminium channel, POP tiles,fixing accessories to match for the existing false ceiling for installation of indoor units.

Supply and fixing of wooden plywood sheet of 6mm thick and size matching to window room airconditioner for closing the opening after removing the window airconditioner.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (to match for the surrownding) two or more coats on new work as required.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Supplying and drawing of 2 x 4 sq. mm + 1 x 2.5 sq.mm size of FRLS PVC insulated 1.1 kv grade copper conductor, single core multistrand wire in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit/PVC trunking as required.

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of DLP PVC snap on/mini trunking along with finishing accessories on surface as required.

Supplying and fixing of 20 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with Ph, N, and earth, metal enclosed plug top in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Disconnection and Dismantling of 8 way fuse DB including marking of existing outgoing circuits for retaining back and Shifting to store yard as directed by site engineer.

Supplying and fixing of 12 way (4 + 36), Double door surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar din bar for mounting MCBs and provision for mounting of 100A TP MCCB incomer,suitable cable end box for looping of cables (but without MCBs and incomer MCCB) as required ,and Reconnecting the disconnected circuits as stated in the item no 22

Providing and fixing 100 A, 16 KA,TPMCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
