Supply, Installation testing & Commissioning of following capacity ceiling suspended /floor mounted type double skin fresh/exhaust air unit fabricated out of 0.63mm thick GI powder coated /pre -coated sheet on outer side and 0.63 mm thick GI plain sheet on inner side having fire proof glasswool insulation with 25mm thickness density not less than 32 Kg/m3, sandwiched between GI sheet panel for acoustic application compressing of centrifugal forward curved DIDW Blower TEFC weather proof motor of IP-55 Class F insulation, EFF2, Direct /Belt drive and pulley mounted on motor and fan shaft belt guard, motor & fan mounted on common base plate / suitable arrangement. Fan assembly shall be statically and dynamically balanced. AMCA approved blowers and filters, complete as per specification this item also includes making of ceiling suspended /tailer made frame arrangement for resh/exhaust air unit etc as per site condition. The contractor shall access the work involved under this item as nothing shall be additionally on a/c fram /structural work/Base foundation blocks at 25 mm statics pressure CFM4000.
