Repairing of Sadamapur C.R.C.Building in Ward No.-04

2.5cm thick grading concrete over Roof Slab using 12mm size hgcb chips with all cost etc complete.

Fixing ceramic tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing etc complete. CRC

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint with cost of paint.

R.C.C Work with M20 using 20 mm & down grade HGCB Stone chips incluiding hoisting, laying,curing etc. complete but excluiding cost of steel reinforcement.

16mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) over brickwork including curing etc. complete..

Brick work with Flyash Bricks having crushing strength between 100kg/cm2 to 149kg/cm2 in Cement mortar(1:6) in super structure

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing of Aluminium roof sheet in roof drilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing of ISMC 125 (12.7 kg per m)Inlcuidng 30% labour cost .

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in handle railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 30mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90m C/C and Stainless Steel square bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x2mm in 3rows in stair case as per approved design and specification , Buffing, polishing etc with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charage.

Stainless Steel 304 OutDoor Sprial Staircase , Non-Slip Step Railing etc with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials , labour, T & P etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charage.

Painting two coats with any approved paint including the cost of enamel paint for Iron work.
