Cleaning manually of blocked WC seat trap, inside house and gully trap it includes remove/refixing of grating and cleaning of WC's trap,kitchen/bath traps any type/pattern (pedestal/squatt pattern) upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50m and burring the same in pits complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage)

Cleaning/clearing mechanically the sewage line of any description / SGSW pipe of size 100mm dia to 200mm dia at any depth , removing any type of blockage including destling , descaling & dechocking with combine hydralic operated sewer suction cum jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV by using high pressure thermo plastic water jetting hose and throgh conical ronnd shaped nozzle with piston action rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank / well through sewer line (Measurement will be carried out all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of underground SGSW pipe of size 150mm dia by rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank/well) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and reomving waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 50m and burrying the same pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning ( Measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage ) Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tanks, soakage well/pits of any depth including inlet and outlet chamber and removing sludge(in solid & semi solid ), silt, both organic and in-organic nature including any other type of waste material after plugging of incoming sewage line and removing waste material /sludge etc to a distance n.exc 100m and burrying the same in pit. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth in foundations etc for manholes, sewage line and and getting out complete all as specifed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but not exc 3.00 mtr depth in foundations etc for manholes, sewage line and and getting out complete all as specifed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specifed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary , bult in cement mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars etcincluding depositing unservicable brick and stacking for reuse including cleaning of bricks and deposting off all debries & rubbish off permises to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr complete all as specifed.

Material and labour Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 for manhole and external pointed flush in same mortar as the work proceeds. Complete all as specified.

All as per srl item above here-in-before specifed but except bricks.

Demolition of cement concrete as in bed to drain pipe 150/200mm dia including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe or as in manhole benching/bed etc. Complete all as specified.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cemnt concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and forming benching as required. Internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 150/200mm bore pipes.

Supply and laying reinforced concrete pipes 150 bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete all as specified and shown on drgs (concrete bed shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and laying reinforced concrete pipes 200 bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete all as specified and shown on drgs (concrete bed shall be measured and paid for separately).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including deposal off rubbish to a distance not exc 100 mtr all as specified.

Material and labour Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in benching, bed plates, coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall ceiling and concrete surface etc including racking out joints,hacking for keys all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick on brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of man hole covers/cover slabs complete all as specifed

Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded) aggregate as in manhole cover all as specifed including form work complete

Supply and fixing Deformed or TMT steel bars 8mm or 10mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified.

Mild steel angle iron/flat Iron work as in manhole cover frames and painted with two coats of bituminous paint.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan and seat cover (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including P or S trap and including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinging device, including connection to drain pipe (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc. including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap for 100mm bore of pipe, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm, white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), including provision of necessary PCC, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

10 ltr capacity PVC valveless, symphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets with twin flush provision, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. MAKE: Cera Model Combiflush twin flush as per Cat Part No. 2603 or equivalent in performance of makes as specified in PS.

Taking down CI pipe (any size or pattern) incl fittings such as bends, shoes, head, swan neck etc incl cleaning for refixing or removal from site.

Supply and fixing 100mm dia bore cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes (sand cast pipes) in any length with or without ears, with cement joint fixed on wall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per above Srl item above but 75mm dia

Supply and fixing in repair bends (any radius) dimension pieces or tapers (Large bore measured) 100mm dia all as spd and directed by Engg-in-Charge

M&L for colored non skid ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers of cement mortar 1:6 to match Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site

M&L for 300x200 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles colored as in dado/ skirting and vertical surfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site

M&L PCC coloured inter locking Paver 60mm thick in shape and size not exc 250mm either side and laid over 20mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4 over 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate compl. All as spd.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (Schedule of credit) Credit amount of Rs (Refer schedule of credit) for retrieved material mentioned in Sch 'A' Part-II of Tender documents in PDF form will be deducted offline during acceptance of tender of lowest bidder.

Note: (1) The repair has to carried out as and when required basis and accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Enginer-in-Charge in the domestic area of Air Force station.

(2) One supperviser alongwith two conservancy staff to be detailed by the contractor and will report at complaint cell to collect daily complaint slip from the complaint cell and returned back the same after rectficaion of the same.
