Strip and overlapping 25x5 mm G.I. Strip , 3 Mtr. Long earth elecrodes Grounded & Connecting each other as per drawing . The work includes welding of the M.S. Round, Connecting all steel strutures in the switchyard with the earth mat by means of G.I. Strip of size 50x6 mm as per Item below (M.S. 33 KV SECTIONAL BUS BAR AND STRINGING Stringing of 33 KV bus bar using of ACSR Dog conductor including fixing of disc insulators, disc fitting, Strings and tonsion fitting complete with sagging of bus bar etc. and making vertical/horizontal jumper connection through PG clamps in "Y" shape and connecting all the equipment with each other through connecting clamps. Work includes all the jump ring from 33 KV cable stand to bus bar and from bus bar to 2 nos. T/F (02 Nos. T/F bays) as per drawing No. Respo 36 A
Plinth of 05 MVA , 33/11 KV T/F Constrution of pilnth of size 3.46x3.46 Mtr. For 05 MVA T/F having 0.4 Mtr. Above ground level. The work including excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 ratio (Cement, fine, sand & brick ballast) first class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 foundation CC in 1:4:8 ratio (Cement , coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge using M.S. bar of 10 mm dia in reinforcement including its cutting , bending & binding in required shape. The work also includes laying of 2 Nos. 3.46 Mtr long each rail placed complete with cutting welding & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be made as per drawing and shall ne plasted/finished on top and sides of the plinth.
Plinth for 33 KV VCB Constrution of pilnth of size 2.0 Mtr X 1.5 Mtr.x 1 Mtr. suitable for erection of upper struture for 33 KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 (Cement, fine sand & brick ballast) First Class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (Cement Coarse sand and stone girt of 20 mm gauge ) as per Drawing.
ERECTION & INSTALLATION OF 33/11 KV 05 MVA T/F Erection and installation of 33/11 KV 05 MVA T/F in a leveded position on the plinth. The work included shifting of T/F to the site of installation , within the S/S Premises , assembling fixing and fitting of all accessories and filling of T/F oil to the desired level and insuring that there in no leakage . All the jump ring & connection are included in the scope of work.
Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" Class GI pipe 50 mm dia from ground upto the water level (Min. 20 Mtr. Deep) and connected by M.S. Earth Strip 50x50x6 mm with T/F Neutral. (For Delta type earthing), L A etc. As per direction of site incharge.
Grouting and plinthing of Neutral Stand M.S. Channel 100x50x6 mm in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for the two separate earthing strip for Power T/F neutral including fixing of 02 Nos. flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing.
Installation of 11 KV Switch Gears in Control Room :
Carefully & safely shifting of 11 KV switch gears( incoming 02 No & outgoing 09 Nos. and bus Cupler 01 Nos) from outside to inside the switch gear room, grouting of foundation bolts in C.C. ratio of 1 : 2 : 4 (including cutting of RCC floor and finishing of RCC floor) as per requirement placing, aligning and fixing of 11 KV anchor GI bolts and nuts of proper size for completion of work.
Safely mounting of 11 KV PT on 11 KV Incoming switch gear making all electrical connections and testing & commissioning of work.
Proper fixing and making bus bar connection in between all switch gears after proper cleaning. Work also include proper insulation, taping by empire, PVC and H.T. tape etc.
H.T. Power Cable Laying :
Laying 11 KV, (3 x 300) mm2 XLPE, Cable from power transformer to 11 KV Incoming switch gear in the cable trench 0.45 m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying brick vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the cable (minimum 18 Nos. of bricks per mtr. length are to be laid top and outer side along the cable.
Laying 11 KV, 3 x 185 mm2 XLPE, Power cable from outgoing switch gear to 11 KV double poles in the cable trench 0.45m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 thickness mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quantity of local sand required 0.375 cubm/m in length). The cable shall be duly protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying bricks vertically and bricks would also be laid horizontally on top of vertically laid bricks along the cable (minimum 18 Nos. per mtr. length are to be laid top and outer side along the cable.

Jointing of following 11 KV Power Cable ends :
Making of 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 & 3x185 sq mm Heat shrinkable out door/indoor jointing kits after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs.
Hosting of 11 KV Cable with 100 mm Dia 3.5 Mtr. Long MS. Pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole, lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole struture and making connnection providing 6 no. long barral lug and 9 no. p.g. clamp in each hoisting and 3 No. M.S. angle 65*65*6 mm. for hoisting of cable.
Hosting of 11 KV cable to 11 switchgear & 33/11 KV T/F & 11/0.4 KV cable stand and connecting.
Installation of 24 V Battery and Battery Charger.
Copper Control Cable Laying as per following.
Laying of different size of (2 x 2.5)mm2 / (4 x 2.5) mm2 (6x2.5)mm2 Armoured copper control cables i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box to indication protection board in switch gear room, 33 KV CT's to CT's Junction Box, CT 33 KV, V.C.B. Control Panel and 33 KV VCB control panel and control panel to 33 KV VCB outdoor operating mechanism panel from T/F etc. in the cable trench including making proper connection at Buchholz Relay, Marshalling box and indication board as per required for installed equipment.
Earthing of 11 KV Switch Gears :
Preparation of earth mat for earthing of indoor equipments by means of M.S. earth strips (50 x 6) mm connecting to 4 Nos. earthing electrodes of 32 mm dia. (including fabrications of earthing electrodes) 3m long on either side (as per RESSPO drg. RES-40). This work includes driving of earthing electrodes, driving them into earth so that its top remains 500 mm below ground level, earth work, laying, bending, welding of M.S. earth strips (50 x 6) mm and connecting to both sides squares including cost of earth strip (50 x 6) mm as per drawing Respo 43
Earthing of all indoor equipments by laying and providing M.S. earth strip (50 x 6) mm including cutting, bending and welding and painting by Green paint etc.
Erection of 33 KV VCB Structure and Installation of 33 KV VCB as per required and its smooth operation.
Installation of 33 KV control panel for Single feeder and 33 KV control panel D/F with complete earthing and making connection with battary charger and testing.
Lighting Arrangement of 33/11 KV Sub-Station outdoor switch yard and approach road :
Fixing 90 W. LED lamp complete fitting and cabeling 4*16 mm square cable ( 4 No. LED lamp in yard on the pole and 3 No. on the control room. Complete in all respect and suitable for above support
Laying of 4 x 35 mm2 PVC LT cable from 11/0.4 KV, 63 KVA T/F to L.T. distribution board in switch gear room after digging trench for laying cable and refilling of trench including connections at both ends after providing and crimping of lugs of proper size for completion of work and laying brick over & both sides of L.T. cable after digging trench of 0.3 m wide & 0.5 m depth and providing and wearing 75 mm dia G.I. Pipe of 2.5 M length over L.T. Cable complete in all respect.
Fabrication of L.T. distribution board of size (1 x 0.75 x 1.4) M by using M.S. Angle of size (65 x 65 x 6) mm and grouting the stand in ground floor in switch gear room at proper place. 12 mm thick Indian wooden ply with sunmica top will be fixed on the ply frame and frame will be painted by one coat of primer red oxide and two coats of smoke grey paint and fixing of mcb (1 No. incoming and 3 No. outgoing)
Station/Switchyard Lighting Erection of 9 Mtr. STP after excavation of earth in any type of soil and grouting of CC in ratio 1:4:8 (Cement coarse sand & brick,ballast) as per Cost data book & its plinthing and painting
Laying and spreading of 3.5x 16 sq mm PVC LT Cable from Distribution Board in switchgear room to each street light pole after digging the trench , laying cable refilling of trench including connetion at both ends after providing and crimpling of lugs of proper size complete works.
Construction of 11 KV Double Poles : Erection and grouting of 2 Nos. STP 11.0 mtr. long for making DP Structure including fabrication & fixing of M.S. Top Channel, M.S. Angle, TPMO, bracing angle 01 Set, Fuse Set, disc. Insulators, composite polymar pin etc. The work includes supply and fixing of necessary clamps with nuts, bolts and washers. The work also includes grouting of Double pole support in C.C. 1:4:8 (cement, sand & brick ballast) in block of size (0.45m x 0.45 x 1/6 length of the pole) including earthing of Double pole with M.S. earthing rod complete in all respect & painting fixing of danger board , barbed wire.
Painting of all steel Struture in switchyard with one coat of Ready Mix Primer and two coats of I.S.I. marks Aluninium Paints after rubbing with sand paper to the surface of steel section including labour and T&P complete in all respects.
Grouting of stay rod complete with stay set and fixing of stay wire with clamp on the pole.
Construction of S/S T/F Plinth of size 2.0x2.0x1.5 m with ISI class Bricks, Socres sand , cement & stone Ballets in ratio 1:2:4 with RCC Top duly plasted fixing of two No. Channel of size 125x65 mm on the top of the plinth for placement of T/F .
Shifting of 63 KVA T/F on T/F plinth and commissioning including jumpering with the system .
Construction of Cable trench of size 300x300 mm including brick work 1:4 in wall of the trench brick ballast work in 1:5:10 on foundation plaster 12 mm thick with coares sand 1:4 and surface finishing with cement: providing MS strip at an interval of 0.5 M & M.S. angle running on both the edges of trench.
Fabrication and fixing cable trench cover of by concrete slab (200mmx600mm).

Filling of switchyard Area Cover by earth mat with 75 mm thick layer of gravels.
Installation of Isolator . Assembing and installation of line/bus isolator on the struture adjusting of opening mechamism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same in case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall be insured . The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.
Installation of Lighting Arrestor. Assembing and installation mounting of 3 Nos. ( 01 Set) lightening arrestor on the L.A Structure/ Complete with making earth connections (separate ) and line connection the work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required.
Installation of CT Installation of 3 Nos. (1 Set) CTs on the/ CTs Structure, Along with C.T. J/B. The works includes fabrication for Proper fixing if required.

Construction of retaining wall around the 33 KV switchyard in size (25x30) x 2 Mtr. By using first class bricks, sand and bricks ballast which includes the following work (including cost of 1st class brick, bricks ballast sand/core sand cement etc.) 1. Excavation of earth in foundation 2. Cement concrete in foundation in ratio 1:5:10 3. Plaster work 1:6 ratio 4. CC 1:2:4 for grounting mid angle post for fencing.
Fabrication of Switchyard fencing by welded mesh with gate in size 25x30 Mtr. By 10 SWG wire mesh, MS angle 50x50x6 MM., MS flat 25x5 Mm. and 40x5 Mm. , its fitting tightning with nuts and bolt on studs. Support by drilling the required poll along with fabrication of 1 No. gate m/o MS angle.

Painting of pole with one coat red oxide two coats of enamel paint ISI mark.
Earthing of ST pole 11 Mtr. Long & PCC pole woth M.S. earthing rod 20 mm dia 03 mtr long digging of pit for M.S. earthing rod binding with G.I. wire 6 SWg with earthing rod by M.S. Nuts & Bolts .
