Taking down carefully old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. to be measured separately) and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully MCB DBs SP/TPby unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for the One light/fan point controlled by one,one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm single core, PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing and caping including necessary accessories like bends, tees, PVC square and elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling with 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth conitinuity (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix recessed mounted 2x2 ft inverter led panel light main housing duly powder coated CRCA Sheet steel ,Lion battery of 3-4 hours backup after fully charge, system lumen efficiency ≥ 100lm/W,CRI ≥ 80, THD≤10% ,Driver efficiency≥85%.Taking down of old unserviceable fitting is included in the quoted rate. Supply and fix in repairs electronic driver suitable for 9 to 12 watt LED light fitting , indoor type of make as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
