Upkeeping maintenance of sanitation,sweeping cleaning etc., and pollution & Environmental monitoring works at T(K)GTPS/Thirumakkottai for a period from 01.10.2020 to 31.03.2021 ”(Six months) on works contract basis.

Cleaning of EWC / IWC and Floor & Wall tiles in all buildings in the plant area daily including cost of cleaning charges, materials charges such as toilet brush, cleaning liquid, phenoil, bleaching powder, acid, naphthalene balls, labour , lead including cost of all consumables al T&P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of urinals, floor and wall tiles in all buildings in the plant area daily including cost of cleaning materials such as toilet brush, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, toilet cleaning liquid, labour, lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of Wash basins in all buildings in the plant area daily including cost of cleaning materials such as toilet brush, phenoil, bleaching powder, naphthalene balls, toilet cleaning liquid, labour lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of open drain/storm water drain pipe culvert, box culvert etc. in plant area to insure free flow of water including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete and disposal of waste collected , including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping and cleaning of office buildings floors, cleaning of glass partition and windows, dust bin etc. and providing of drinking in offices including cost of all cleaning materials such as broom stick, glass cleaner, cleaning powder, labour, lead, lift, lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete (daily) as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping and cleaning of plant buildings floors and open concrete pavement, cleaning of glass windows, dust bin etc. including cost of all cleaning materials such as broom stick, glass cleaner, cleaning powder, labour, lead & lift lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of cobweb in office and other building etc. including cost of all cleaning materials, all T & P’s labour, lead, lift etc. complete once in a month as directed by the Engineer at Site.

Sweeping & Cleaning the plant area roads, approach road including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s ,lift,etc. complete once in a month as directed by the Engineer at site.

Collection, transport and disposal of jungle wastes, food wastes, garbage wastes, and other wastes collected inside the plant during shutdown and emergency works carried out by other agencies to outside plant within 2KM radius area including cost of transport, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, lead, lift and disposing safely etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Maintenance of saplings provided in green belt area of power station area including removal of weeds and watering, cost of all materials, like urea/manure, pesticide, labour, lead, lift lead, including cost of all consumables, all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Operation of ETP pump valve and adding chemicals into sludge tank and maintaining of ETP, Sewer line/pipe lines and man hole at the plant area including cost of labour, lead, lift, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at Site.

Cleaning of water tanks (RCC tanks & PVC tanks) in power house building, Plant building including cost of all cleaning materials, such as brush, bucket, bleaching powder, Labour, lead, lift, etc. lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site. PVC Tank(750/1000 Ltr capacity)

Cleaning of sewage water collected in septic tank inside plant area and clearing sludge and disposing at a suitable place away from the plant using 6000lit capacity hired tank including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift including cost of all consumables, all T&P's including removal of cover slab and refixing the same and finishing etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Maintenance of Water supply to the permanent Quarters including maintenance of all water lines from Bore to tank and Quarters and operation of motors and filling the water tanks all days including labour charges, lead, lift, including cost of all consumables, all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Dewatering of seepage water collected from cable sump using deportment motor including transporting of motor and required extension hose, wire and including labour, lead and all consumables, all T&P’s lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Wet Mop cleaning of control room (CCR), D.M.Plant, Switchyard, Control building & Instrumentation room etc., including cost of cleaning materials such as mop, cleaning powder, labour, lead, lift, including cost all consumables, all T&P’s lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of Scrub jungles in the vacant plant areas and clearing away from the site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, including cost all consumables, all T&P’s lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Servicing and maintenance of aluminium doors in the plant buildings, including providing GI Screws of necessary, applying Grease and oil, etc.,cleaning of floor spring, assembling the door and fixing in position etc., all labour charges and cost of rubber beading where ever necessary, all lead, lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site. including cost all consumables, all T&P’s lift etc.

Sweeping & cleaning of terrace for all the plant buildings and quarters including cost of all cleaning materials, labour,lead ,lift etc complete once in a month including cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc complete(once in six months) as directed by the Engineer at site.

Taking of Maximum and Minimum Temperature, rainfall, humidity, wind direction, velocity and speed and taking fortnight noise level reading at various location inside the plant area such as STG, ETP, Switch yard, Gas compressor, GT, Main gate & IIgate and taking monthly samples for detecting ambient air quality for analyzing the SOx, NOx,SPM inside and outside the plant continuously for 24 hours for 3 shift in a month including cost of all labour charges for lifting, shifting and assistance to allied works, cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc complete. as directed by the Engineer at site.A)Taking daily readings
