High mast light: -Design /Supplying/ Installation/ Testing and commissioning of 8Mtr.high mast light with in premises of Sub division katra. The pole to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of silver white aluminum paint and underground section of the pole is to be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint both inner and outer side. The pole is to be erected by excavation of 5 feet x2 feet x2 feet pole{ pit including making foundation in cement concrete in the ration of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone, 40mm dia nominal ). The foundation is to be continued upto0.5Mtr. feet above ground level around the pole tapered suitably in to the collar in round shape of 0.5 M dia. The exposed portion of the block is to be plastered properly and whitewashed. The job includes excavation of pole pit, refilling and removal of excavated material from site and properly disposed off. The also includes P/f of 4 x150 watts LED lights along with bracket for fixing of lights and making provision for to up/down the fittings during maintenance in future, Job includes supplying Aluminum flat cable 2x10 sqmm approximately 30mtr and p/f of single pole MCB for each fitting along with SPN25/32 amp in MS box fitted with pole. Complete job includes cost of material and carriage charges and fitting charges at site. towards input side of the light. with box to ON/OFF of light, complete , 4 nos at three locations filtration plant, Hansali sub division office, Katra. E/work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out excavated and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kind of soil

A) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20 % boulders

B) Stones 20% and dry boulders behind B wall

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for: Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5mtr.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Extra for Brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Providing and fixing 1mm thick MS Steel Door with frame of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron and 3mm MS Gussets plates and at the junctions and corners all necessary fitting complete.

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff to give an even shade at Staff Qtr Hansali

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm

Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and waste pipe and fittings, doors and windows as per items

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified) of its quality confirming to IS:13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortor 1:4 mix including pointing the jointing with white cement. Flooring in filtration Plant

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles confirming to IS:13755 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved made in skirting, rises of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement 1:3 mix
