The tendered item is reserved to procure from amongst items of handloom origin, for exclusive purchase from KVIC and / or Handloom Clusters such as Co- operative Societies, Self Help Group (SHG) Federations, Joint Liability (JLG), Producer Companies (PC), Corporations etc. including Weavers having Pehachan Cards as per the following clauses: (i) Tenderers with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item or similar item (similar means any type of towel honey comb) (ii) Tenderers to submit relevant documents (such as copies of CRAC for GeM Orders, Receipt note for stock items. Receipted Challan / Inspection Certificate / tax invoice for Non-stock items/ACASH allotment letters with proof of supply i.e. tax invoice, I/C copy, etc.) along with their offer.

Tenderers/Bidder should go through the Condition w.e.f. 23.12.2020 available in the IREPS website before submitting their offer especially the clauses 6.0 of Section-I and 13.0 of Section-II of the Instructions to the Tenderers pertaining to EMD and SD. Please note that as per latest guidelines, noncompliance of EMD and SD clause may lead to non consideration of the offers of the firms who are not exempted as specified in the above clauses.
Sample Clause: Sample to be got approved by consignee (i.e. Dy.CMM/CRW/MCS) before bulk supply.
