Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement: 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade: one face dressed.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Cement plaster skirting up to 30cm height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18mm thick
