Material and Labour for Maintenance free Ring Earthing with minimum four Nos single earth rods each pit consisting of copper coated steel rod of size 17.2 mm dia 3 mtrs long 250 Microns molecularly bonded, joined with connecting clamps filled with maintenance free earth enhancing compounds Curec+ 6 kgs Curecon 10 kgs, compounds strictly be a Eco friendly and must comply to IEEE 80:2000 clause 14.5 and this compound should be Electrically & Thermally conductive, must be tested for Long term in CPRI for at least 2 year to display its stability & compound must be ISO certified interconnecting the pit with 25mm x 2mm copper strip with exothermic welding and connecting up to the ring to achieve the earth resistance value 0.5 ohms connected with 50 sqmm single core through PVC conduit duly fixed with spacer and saddles and all connected accessories including up to 7.5 mtrs multistranded PVC insulated copper wire up to equipement room and terminating the wire with 25mm x 6mm x 300mm long copper bus bar insert in the water proof suitable box fixed on wall with insulator support etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : (i) Soil Resistivity must be checked before designing the quantity of earth pits, accordingly design should be submitted (SRT will be charged baseed on the site if required) (ii) The ring main earth resistance value shall be 1.0 Ohms. (iii) Rate deemed to be inclusive of one HDPE inspection pit of 308mm x 308mm x 214mm depth. (iv) Earth pit is required to be identified by the specific marker, colour codes (a) Maint free ring earthing pits- Red colour and write proper earthing details all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay three layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI Marked IS-15801, PPR pipes SDR-11 (PN-10) and PPR fitting in trenches/wall/ceiling or laying in floor complete for 90mm dia bore complete all as specified.

Supply and lay three layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI Marked IS-15801, PPR pipes SDR-11 (PN-10) and PPR fitting in trenches/wall/ceiling or laying in floor complete for 63mm dia bore complete all as specified.

Supply and lay three layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI Marked IS-15801, PPR pipes SDR-11 (PN-10) and PPR fitting in trenches/wall/ceiling or laying in floor complete for 50mm dia bore complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m Wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, manholes, columns, pier holes, PPR Pipes etc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soils all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing Road surface soft/disintegrated rock n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for the purpose of laying the pipe etc.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard or dense soil Complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000mm (internal dia mension) with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate, brick wall with sub class B old size built in cement mortar 1:6 PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick furnished fair and even including 3mm thick MS cover mounting angle iron frame and locking arrangement.

Material & Labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 450mm x 450mm x 450mm (internal dia mension) with foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate, brick wall with sub class B old size built in cement mortar 1:6 PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick furnished fair and even including 3mm thick MS cover mounting angle iron frame and locking arrangement.

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate for filling/making good to the disturbed surface of existing road etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Soil resistivity checking as per werner 4 point test method before designing and reports generation required for earthing design purpose

Supply and fix framed work Earthing board identifier/marker of the size of identifier 30cmx30 cm X 30 cm( three sides ) Triangular `board made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet and edges supported with 20 mm hallow sqare pipe , height from the ground lelvel is 60cm above the ground,30 cm below ground level made out of 50 mm dia MS pipe , with a primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint and marking and writing the earth pit details( Black text with yellow back ground ) duly fixed on ground with PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 of 30 cm X 30cm X 30 cm size /wall as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material & labour for fixing of Earth continuity conductor Copper strip of size 20 X 3.15 mm with brazing at joints , fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles,equipments or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, copper strip fixed on with epoxy insulatorof suitable size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex including MS Box with bus bar support size 150mm x 150mm x 100mm covered with hylem sheet.
