SITC of Air cooled VRF top discharge type Outdoor Unit each comprising of variable speed all inverter controlled scroll/Rotary compressor, air cooled copper condensor with protective coated fins, mounting frame, micro processor control panel and other standard accessories according to OEM standard. The unit shall be suitable for operation with R-410A refrigerant. Minimum EER at 100% load & at minimum 35 degree centigrade ambient condition should not be less than 10 (Ashree standard table 6.8.1 L). Nominal capacity of outdoor units in BOQ at climatic condition of kolkata taking into consideration of ambient correction factor as per OEM standard to deliver inside temparature condition @24 ±2 degree centigrade. The outdoor unit should either be a single module or combination of multiple modules and each of the module should contain multiple variable speed inverter type scroll or rotary compressors. Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 25mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required

Supplying & Laying of flexible shielded copper control cable of 4C 2.5 Sq.mm & 20mm size PVC 'FR' type Rigid Conduit for interconnection between the indoor units and the outdoor units, wiring through 20mm size PVC 'FR' type Rigid Conduit.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,20 A, 3 pin plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent upon award of the contract from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

2. Any pre-bid query shall have to be brought into notice of this office for deviation/correction if any with due recommendation of TIA.
