Materials and labour plain cement concrete Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed inclusive of necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for RCC with type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in Slabs supported on walls , beams and columns in floors , roofs ., landings, balconies , canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately)

Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' burnt clay bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 meter mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab, floor slabs, landing covers, and similar works, for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, thickness of slab not exc 200 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 20 mm thick, second class hard wood boarding, planed one sides with butt joints and fixed complete in position as in eaves board, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 4 mm thick HPSC non asbestos fibre cement Standard Ceiling board (decorative type, Ocean) with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200 mm c/c) consisting of Main Runner 3600mm long, Cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300 mm c/c. The Main Renners to be placed @ 1200mm, The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the precut slots of Main Runner at a regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm x 600mm. Additional Cross Tee's of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Grid of module size 600mm x 600mm shall be supported by 6mm dia GI wire from purlins/soffit. 6mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Standard Ceiling Board (Density > 1200 Kg/m3) of size 595mm x 595mm, conforming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 should be placed in the Grid module including dismantling of existing ceiling any type all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick second class class hard wood glazed and skelton shutter, open rebated and prepared to receive glass gauze etc, divided into squares (with sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass exc., size of members of shutter as specified in SSR part-I, sec 8 clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick second class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded, plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Materials and labour in repairs 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade pre-laminated one side with decorative choice laminated and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work as in cup board shutters, partitions and shelves complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 200 mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 250 mm long Aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel butt hinges, Medium grade, 100 mm size , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodized, 150 mm size , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frames for doors local work shop made of size 105x60mm with one or more rebates using cold rolled commercial mild steel sheet of 1.2mm thick including providing and fixing necessary lugs, 100mm butt hinges, lock strike plate, shock absorber etc and including PCC filling of hollow section using plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pressed steel frames for doors local work shop made of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates using cold rolled commercial mild steel sheet of 1.2mm thick including providing and fixing necessary lugs, 100mm butt hinges, lock strike plate, shock absorber etc and including PCC filling of hollow section using plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Anodised aluminium powder coating windows and ventilator shutters, (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) side hung type without sash aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m rubber including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rudder packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long hinges type B-2 100mm long - 02 Nos, suitable handle - 1 No including 4 mm thick frosted sheet glass pieces, complete all as specified and directed by E-in-charge.

S & F Aluminium Anodised Grill, design pattern as approved by GE fixed with and including standerd aluminium frame of flat section of size as approved by GE complete all as per manufacturer instruction.

Supply & fixing 0.71mm thick plain, aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (as in crumple joint) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling and stone slabs including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar in (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for prepolished, chequered cement concrete tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform, and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub-base of floors, plinth protection etc. finished the surface of concrete fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggt as in floors finished even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof etc. comprising with the following operation & as specified herein below:- (a) Taking down existing old tarfelt, bituminous compound including cleaning & removing debris to a distance exc 100 m n.exc.250m. (b) M&L 25 thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4( 12.5 mm graded aggregate) finished even and smooth. (c) M&L for 15 mm thick cement mortar in 1:4 finished even and smooth. (d) Preparing & cleaning of fully dried cement plastered surface. (e) Applying one coat of cold bituminous primer to the plastered surface @ 0.25 litres per sqm conforming IS-3384. (f) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.5 kg per sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The over lap shall be minimum 100 mm on transverse direction and 75 mm in longitudinal direction. (g) One coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane @0.11Kg/Sqm. Note:- Prior to execution of the APP Membrane works, leak proof test shall be done by ponding water on roof slab to minimum depth of 25 mm. The entire roof slab shall be flooded with water for 48 hours. The necessary barrier shall be made to make feasible to stagnate water for 48 hours on roof slab.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on walls /ceiling of any description from concrete or brick wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and disposing off the retreived debris as directed including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in walls in cement mortar (1:6) and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of external wall of brick work or stone surfaces in two layers (10 mm and 5 mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound in top layer (water proofing compound measured as separately) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface etc and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation newly or old decorated external surfaces of wall, chajja, facia etc by complete removing old paints by hand scrubber without disturbing the plastered surfaces broomed to remove all dust, diret and all loose scales of old paints and other foregin matter and applying two coats of water based acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion (Apex ultima superior quality) paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and scraping of existing distempering/painted surfaces etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new wooden surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for preparing of new steel surfaces of any description , over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel water tubings and fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings etc for complete including stacking aside for reuse and removal of unserviceable items from site complete.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel water tubings and fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceilings etc for complete including stacking aside for reuse and removal of unserviceable items from site complete.

Supply and fixing in repairs sheet corner glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for opening cover, taking out excreta, sludge, soil from septic tanks/sewage sumps /manholes etc and removing the same to a distance exc 50 mtr but n exc. 100 mtr and burried underground upto minimum 30cm below ground level including necessary excavation of pits and returning, filling and dressing of surplus soil around to slope if required, cleaning the septic tank/ sump and refixing the cover in original position all as directed. Note : (i) bleaching powder @ 1.5 kg/sqm shall be sprinkled over the sludge dumped in pit. (ii) the location of earth pit to be dugged shall be approved by Engr-in-charge. (iii) Cost of excavation for excavated pit and bleaching powder and and deemed to included in unit.

Cleaning of sewage line/pipe (any dia) by rodding in to manhole suitable method to clear the sludge/blocking etc logged in side the sewage line and well flushing with water to drain the loose sludge etc inside the sewage line from manhole to manhole including removing and re-fixing the manhole cover all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 5mm thick PVC sheet without fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including unserviceable light fittings, switch board complete, switch sockets, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old serviceable main switch, DB's consisting of MCBs wooden/GI/MS sheet board etc for kept in store and for later use all as directed (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse)

Taking down sub main wiring/ service connections of any size with conduit/casing caping complete including removal from site and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable fluorescent tube light fittings/ street light fittings any type by unscrewing from boards/walls and making good disturbed surface to match with existing finish and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
