Shifting of 1no.500KVA 11KV/0.415KV Copper wound Oil cooled Indoor type Transformer from electrical room at Telephone Bhawan, Cuttack to outside of the building manually i/c arranging all tools and tackles required for the job etc. as required.

Loading of the above transformer on truck with the help of hydra or some other means etc. as required.

Transportation of the above 500KVA Transformer from Telephone Bhawan, Cuttack to Telephone Bhawan, Berhampur by truck i/c escorting and payment of toll taxes etc. as required. (Approx.208Kms for one side journey)

Unloading the 500KVA Transformer from Truck with the help of Hydra or some other means at Telephone Bhawan, Berhampur etc. as required.

Shifting of above 500KVA Transformer from outside to Transformer room at Telephone Bhawan, Berhampur by hydra/ manually i/c arranging all tools and tackles required for the job etc. as required.

Disconnection of the existing faulty 400KVA 11KV/0.415KV Transformer at Telephone Bhawan Berhampur i/c disconnection the HT & LT cables, earthing connections etc. and dragging the same to outside the Transformer room etc. as reqd.

Installation, testing and commissioning of the 500KVA Transformer i/c connection the HT and LT terminal and meggering the insulation & testing the same on load etc. as reqd.

Transportation of 400KVA transformer from Telephone Bhawan, Berhampur to Workshop i/c shifting the Transformer from Transformer room to loading area, loading the same on truck with help of Hydra/Crane at Telephone Bhawan & unloading at Workshop etc. as reqd.

Dismantling the faulty 400KVA 11KV/0.415KV oil cooled Transformer at work shop after draining out the transformer oil, removing the conservator tank, terminal boxes, HT and LT bushings and other accessories, removing the oil from transformer tank with help of crane etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of the HV windings of 400 KVA, 11KV/0.415KV, 50 Hz Copper wound oil cooled Indoor type Distribution Transformer (Delta-Star) with superior grade and suitable size Transformer winding conductors with insulations, providing re-insulation of LT winding, pressing, brazing, HV and LV studs i/c lathe works, providing suitable size copper flats/conductors from HV & LV windings to bushings, including reassembling the core & windings and all the aforesaid parts after rewinding/repairing, pouring of superior quality and grade Transformer oil (supply of Transformer oil is not included in this item), replacement of worn out gaskets/pressure boards by new rubberized gaskets and pressure boards of required thickness and quantities, providing new nuts, bolts and washers/cork washers etc., replacement of Breather with silica gel and gaskets and oil glass with gaskets, heating in heat chamber, carrying out factory tests as per technical specifications, inside and outside painting of Transformer tank etc. complete as required. (The dismantled copper winding and other materials can be retained by the Contractor and credit for the same to be given in the quoted rate of this item)

Supplying and pouring of transformer oil (IS:325) of suitable make & grade for replacement of old deteriorated oil at rewinding factory /workshop etc. i/c filtration etc. complete as required. (The old and deteriorated Transformer Oil may be retained by the Contractor)

Transportation of the repaired 400 KVA Transformer from factory to Telephone Bhawan, Berhampur i/c loading on truck at work shop and unloading at Telephone Bhawan, Berhampur, shifting to Transformer room etc. complete as reqd.

Liaison with different units of the supply authority i.e. Field units etc. for obtaining shut down of 11KV line to carry out the replacement and re-installation of the repaired Transformer, re-energization, testing and re-commissioning etc. as required.

Supply of the 3½ X 300 sq.mm sizes XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 etc. as required. (Make- Polycab/Havells/Gloster (or) Equivalent with ISI mark)

Supply and making end termination for 3½ X 300 sq.mm sizes XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1100 V. grade with Aluminium lugs/sockets i/c crimping etc. as required

Replacement of faulty/burnt out HT cable by supply of new 3 core, 95sqmm HT XLPE insulated Cable of 6.6 KV (UE)/11KV (E), Stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semiconducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for 1 sec), cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC tape, galvanized flat steel strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed confirming to IS 7098/PART-II-1985 with latest amendments including laying in existing trench/in air etc. as required.

Supplying and making indoor type cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs etc. suitable for 3 coreX120sqmm XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable of 11 KV grade etc. as required.
