Supply and fixing plant pot made by RCC M30 Grade ,internal bar of 4 mm GI bars both ways of distance between each other of 2-3 inch as per design approved by EIC, height of pot is 90 cm atleast and botton is 45x45 cm and top of atleast 90 cm* 90 cm and thickness of RCC pot 50- 75 mm with two side with moulding of 2-3 inch with curve on top embossed flower design and two side normal name of municipal board khudala Falna by white pant , over all pot is panted by water base cement pant two are more coat , pot will refill by good garden soil and plant of bougainvillea glabra with flowers will be planted in bush size 60 cm dia of nominal size of bushy shape above soil. The Pot needs to be coloured by contractor as per EIC. ALL as per EIC

The maintenance of the landscaped road median Above Plants and pot shall be carried out continuously for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. The contractor shall ensure the healthy growth, cleanliness, and uniform appearance of all plantation elements, including potted plants and palm trees. Detailed Scope: Watering of Plants: Regular watering of all potted plants and palm trees to maintain adequate moisture levels, considering seasonal requirements. Weeding and Removal of Unwanted Growth: Periodic removal of weeds, grasses, and any unwanted or naturally grown vegetation from the median area, pots, and surrounding spaces. Maintenance of Potted Plants and Palms: Proper care of all plants including pruning, trimming, cleaning, and maintaining healthy growth conditions. Providing Support/ protection to Plants: Installation and maintenance of supports/staking for protection of palm trees and other plants wherever required to ensure upright and stable growth. Replacement of Dead or Damaged Plants: Immediate replacement of any dead, diseased, or damaged plants with new healthy plants of the same species, size, and specification, at no extra cost. Maintenance of Pots: Cleaning, repositioning, and upkeep of all pots. Replacement of broken or damaged pots to maintain uniformity and aesthetics. Soil Care and Fertilization: Periodic application of manure, fertilizers, and soil conditioning materials to ensure proper plant growth. Cleaning of Median Area: Regular cleaning of the divider area by removing dust, debris, litter, and maintaining overall neatness. Protection of Plants: Safeguarding plants from damage caused by animals, traffic, or any external factors, including necessary protective measures. Maintaining Uniform Appearance: Ensuring consistent alignment, spacing, height, and visual appeal of the entire median plantation. Compliance with Instructions: All works shall be executed strictly as per instructions and guidelines issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time.
