Railway reserves the right to procure the material from manufacturer with satisfactory past performance for the tendered /similar (Similar means DCP based fire extinguisher used in railway) item. For proof of supply to railways / production units, copies of Purchase Order along with Inspection certificate and receipt note / certificate must be uploaded.

Authorized dealers/Agent of OEM must upload tender specific authorization in proper format preferably as per annexure - 4 of latest GCC attached with the tender failing which their offer will not be considered as valid offer and summarily may be rejected. No back reference will be entertained.

Preference to Make in India Policy: Procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only (minimum local content- 50%). Public procurement (Preference to Make in India) is applicable as per para 29.0 (29.1 to 29.4) of GCC w.e.f 15.08.2026 attached with tender.
