Providing and laying Anti skid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm x 10 mm thick of 1st quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on flooring skirting and dado in 12.5mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in base and jointed with @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., completewhite cement slurry in joints including corners angles and beading.

40mm thick grey terrazo topping rubbed and polished to a granolithic fincish under layer 34mm thick cement concret 1:2:4 and top layer 6mm thick with 3mm gauge white marble makrana chipping from indigenous marble laid in 1:1½ (50 Kg of ordinary grey cemetn and 0.05 cum of white marble chippings)
