Such works shall be in satisfactory service for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the date of this tender notification. NOTE: As a proof of the above, the bidder shall upload the following; The experience certificate and satisfactory performance report clearly indicating the work details (including cost of work & the date of commissioning) issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. 7 The average annual financial turnover of the Bidder achieved in at least TWO financial years out of preceding FIVE financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) shall be not less than 100% of amount put to tender (i.e. Rs.29.09 Lakhs). Having examined and understood the General Conditions of the Contract and the Technical Specifications in the Bidding documents issued under Enquiry No.- MESCOM/2026-27/EL/WORK_INDENT503 including any addendum /amendments, the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged, we the undersigned, hereby submit the fully completed Bid documents online

We hereby agree to execute the Contract in conformity with the Specifications & Conditions of Contract enumerated in the Bidding Documents, for the sum stated & quoted in the Bid or such other sums as may be ascertained in accordance with the Schedule of Prices attached herewith & made part of the Bid.

We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to execute the contract agreement with in the stipulated time of 07 days from the date of acceptance of LOI.

In case of acceptance of our Bid, We also undertake to carry out supply, assembly & execution of works and complete the same within the stipulated time as specified in the Bid documents and further we will obtain the Guarantee from Bank as mentioned in clause 35.0 of Vol.I, section II - ITB for a sum not exceeding 5% of the Contract sum for the due performance of contract.

We note that the prices offered are firm throughout the period of contract including extended period if any as per the Commercial Terms and Conditions.

We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 180 days from the date of Bid opening & it shall remain binding upon us & may be accepted at any time before expiration of that period.

We have paid the requisite E.M.D. as per relevant clause.

Until a formal contract is prepared & executed, this Bid together with written acceptance by MESCOM by notification of Award shall constitute a binding contract.
