Improvement to Canal Service Road of Dangapal Minor from RD 00m to RD 3400m, Aunli main canal from RD 4372m to RD 4656m of Aunli Irrigation Project.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness with all cost of incidental charges , all labour, T&P and cess complete as per drawing, specification,direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified materials with all leads and lifts including hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing granular sub-base using admixture of sand & moorum in proportion (2:3) to road surface including spreading in uniform thickness including watering and rolling with PRR including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded Granular sub-base Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works (4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works(4th. Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.30 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 504 complete all respects cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete all respects cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with noulders upto 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1km from the place of excavation complete including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5Kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for road and Bridges works (4th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Filling foundation and plinth with clean coarse sand, well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying RCC / CC of M-15 grade using 20 mm down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality, colour and texture free from weathered & skinned and sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry, mixing, hoisting, lowering and laying in position, compacting and curing for specified days including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finishing for exposed surface of foundation, block joints etc. with steel shutters rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surfaces where necessary with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry /Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall using 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce at regular interval including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing & laying of filter media with stone crushed agreegates of 45mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2 of MoRTH specifications to thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil bigger size towards wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, hire and running charges of machinaries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.
