Special repair of existing Chain link fencing at KLP Modi Assam Rifles.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART - I (Repair of Road)

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of T' or L' iron or pipe.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling of old unserviceable any type chain link fencing along with TMT bar/ MS flat including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level in CM 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Supplying at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete .

Earth work in all kinds of soil excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level complete all as specified.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation Plinth and drain etc. in Cement Mortar 1:6.

15 mm cement plaster in CM 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix complete in internal surfaces complete.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge Made of G.I. wire of dia. 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work complete all as specified.

M/L for painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coat on old surfaces.

Fencing with GI barbed wire weighing 9.38 Kg per 100m (Minimum) Placed with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed between two MS angle iron posts, fitted and fixed with GI staples, turn buckles ete complete (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work will be paid separatelly).
