DX - AHU with condensing unit: Providing, installing, testing and commissioning of 17 TR capacity, 6800 cfm, 65 mm of W.C static pessure, micro processor controlled Direct Expansion ( DX) type modular type SS 304 Double skin horizontal floor mounted air cooled Air Handling Unit (DSAHU). AHU comprising of mixing box & pre filter section with return and fresh air dampers, pre filter, Direct Expansion (DX) type refrigerant circulated cooling coil of 17 TR capacity, eliminators, fan section, heater, empty plenum sections, inner section shall be SS 304 and polished , etc., as per technical specification. The AHU indoor unit and outdoor units are connected by copper refrigerant piping, communication cable and electrical cable.The outdoor (condensing unit) unit of 17 TR capacity ( each 8.5 TR x 2 Nos.) shall comprising of hermetically sealed scroll compressor of each 8.5 TR capacity with gas cooled motor to operate at 415 V, 3 ph, 50 Hz power supply , operating on R 410A refrigerant . The condenser coil shall be fabricated of seamless hard drawn internally grooved copper tubes and aluminium fins (with anti corrosive blue fins). Each DX cooling coil shall be 4 row deep of 17 TR capacity double circuit ( 8.5 TR X 2 Nos.) with suitable 3 phase fan motor etc., as per technical specification (NOTE: DX AHU fan mounting with belt drive). The fan unit and motor are fixed to a frame isolated from the structure of AHU by rubber vibration absorbers. The fan is double inlet, double width (DIDW) type centifugal fan. The fan blades are backward curved made of aluminium. The motor shall be 3 phase, class F, TEFC, IP 55 are fitted with internal thermal protection etc., all complete as per specification, scope of work and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and installation of seamless annealed hard drawn copper pipes and fittings like, bends, couplings, etc, shall be interconnect between indoor and outdoor unit for suction and discharge connections conforming to ASTM B 280 -03 standards etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Suction line copper tube OD : 1 1/8" (28.60 mm) with 1.27 mm wall thickness.

Liquid line copper tube OD : 5/8" (15.90 mm) with 1.02 mm wall thickness.

Providing, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated Galvanized sheet steel oval ducting with powder coating complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elblows, hangers, supports, etc,. The entire oval ducting work shall be fabricated out of lock-forming grade galvanised sheet steel with specified Zinc coating of grade 375 conforming to IS 277 with powder coatings as per IS 13871. The plenum and ducting shall be complete with necessary Gripple/Clutcher Wire Rope Hanger System. The Ductmate Clutcher/Gripple make stainless steel Hangers are used to suspend oval GSS ducting including providing of vanes, M.S angle support, angle flanges, grill collar, tees, bends etc., All the flanges shall be provided with 6 mm thick felt neoprene gasket at joints , complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Class VIII , 20G lead free GSS oval ducting with powder coat ( thickness of sheet 1.01 mm ) :

Providing thermal insulation for above ducting with 9mm thick, closed cell Nitrile foam rubber/ cross linked polyethylene thermal insulation. The insualtion shall be coverd with aluminium foil of 40G thick and fixed properly by self adhesive aluminium tape as per the scope of work and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing 19 mm thick Fibre free and antimicrobial resistant, open cell elastomeric nitrile rubber acoustic insulation in supply air ducts with fire retarred "O" class, fire performance, resistant to chemical & micro organisum and sound absorption class -D as per the technical specification and scope of work.

Providing double deflection type Supply Air Grille/Diffuser of following specification. Extruded anodized aluminium, powder coated Off white/brown colour, adjustable and locking type aliminium volume control damper having horizontal and vertical louvers. The louver portion shall be removable type for adjusting the Volume Control Damper etc.,all complete per specification in the scope of work and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing double deflection type Return Air Grille /Diffuser of following specification. Extruded anodized aluminium, powder coated Off white/ brown colour, adjustable horizontal and vertical louvers and rat entry prevent mesh shall be provided etc., all complete as per specification in the scope of work and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing Continuos (linear) return Grill made of extruded anodized aluminium & powder coated off white colour with 30 deg inclined permanent fixed louvers as per the specification and rat entry prevent mesh shall also be provided.

Providing adjustable type opposed blade manual operated Aluminium volume control damper with necessary flanges for duct branches with PVC gears. The Dampers shall be made out of 14 G Aluminium channel as per the specification in Section -V. The opposed blades shall have tie rod with ball & socket joints,etc.,all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of G.I fire smoke dampers in supply air duct/ main branch and return air passage in the DX AHU unit . Fire dampers shall be multi blade louvers type. The blades and frame shall be constructed with minimum 1.6 mm thick Aluminium sheet . It shall be supplied with spring loaded UL stamped fusible link to close fire damper in the event of rise in air temperature . Fire dampers shall be CBRI tested & certified for required rating adainst collapse & frame penetration complete with locking device. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and laying of 2 core X 1.5 sq. mm plain annealed high conductivity felexible copper conductor as per class 5 of IS 8130/2013 latest control cable, PVC type D insulated , Sheath extruded PVC type ST3 as per IS :5831/84 including PVC conduit between indoor and outdoor unit. Rated voltage of cable 1100V. All complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge

Supply and laying of 3C X 2.5 sq.mm armoured copper cable as per scope of work and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and laying of 4 core X 16 sq.mm armoured copper cable as per scope of work and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Supply and laying of 8 SWG copper earth wire double run between Indoor and outdoor units of DX AHU system and outdoor unit system as per scope of work and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and fixing of GI tray with cover and supports for copper piping and cable: Use factory fabricated 2 mm thick GI tray (perforated) size of 450mm X 50mm X 2 mm with GI cover and GI angles ( 40 X 40X 3 mm), GI clamps ( 25 X 3mm thick flat), GI threaded rod ( 8mm) and GI fasteners etc.,for clamping the copper pipes and cables. The GI support angles shall be grouted to the wall and roof using anchor fasteners.The maximum spacing between the supports shall not exceed 1200 mm.The copper piping and cable shall be completely covered with factory fabricated GI tray etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing and laying of 25 mm size CPVC pipe ( SDR 11) conforming to IS :15778 including fixing with required specials, fittings including fixing of G.I "C" clamp with interval of 1.0 m with sloping, bends , couplings and T - connection etc, all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing thermal insulation of exposed ducts applied with two coat of Japan black paint and 50 mm thick PUF slab of density 24 Kg/cm2 applied with hot/cold bitumen , polythene cover wrapping and 26 SWG chicken wire dieting & final finish with sand cement plastering for outside exposed supply and return duct complete with 2 coat of cement primer etc., as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing Pre - filter of outer size: height 610mm X width 610 mm X depth 48 mm, inner size height 540mm X width 540mm X depth 48 mm of flange type of flow rate of 1000 CFM with 90 % efficiency down to 10 micron size particles, shall not exceed 4 mm WG including supply and installation of alumunium filter frame wih pleated media over wire rod support and also with necessary selaing arrangement ,neoprene rubber gasket etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Providing and laying brick masonry in cement mortar 1:6 with well burnt chamber bricks/FLAG bricks of approved quality for DX AHU and ourdoor units including curing, raking out joints etc., all completes as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in Charge.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick for brick work on its external faces at all sides of brick wall pedestal including curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, fabricating and fixing of medium weight M.S channels for mounting of DSAHU outdoor units, PAC indoor unit and PAC ourdoor units, ducting supports etc. The "C" channel ISMC 100 as per ISI 808:1989 ( depth 100 mm X width 50 mm X thickness 5 mm). IS channels of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, painting exposed faces with two coats of enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer, embedding with brick wall pedestal etc.,complete all as per specification.

Supply and fixing of 63 A rating , four pole, 415 V MCB isolator, 'C' series, Conforms to : IS 13947-3 for DX AHU, complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of digital Thermostat and Humidistat to control the temperature and Humidity of the AECS multipurpose room including sensor , relay, etc., to operate heater. The unit shall be suitable mounting plate along with suitable length of control cables. The monitor display should be inside AECS- I multipurpose hall.

Note : 1) The sample of Galvalume steel shall be got approved by the Engineer - in - charge before making order. 2) The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size ( 5.5 mm X 55 mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers fiiled with white lead complete up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
