Resecuring or easing & adjusting of joinery (door /window of any specification & description) without taking down shutters of any description exc 0.50 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm as each incl fixing of screws adjusting handles , hinges, tower bolt, knobs tightening piano hinges, wire cloth etc incl misc small adjustments complete all as specified and directed

Repair to existing aluminium door incl taking down shutter of any size and description incl repair to pivot, handle, hinges,spring, minor adjustment if required and make it smooth and functional and operational etc omplete all as specified and as directed

Petty repairs to leaking water in bib taps, pillar taps, stop cock , angle valve, mixer, health faucet, PVC connection waste pipes, float valves, concealed stop cock, waste coupling, GI pipe, small GI fittings such as GI elbow, socket, union joints, bottle traps, flushing cistern, sink, water closet, wash hand basin, urinal, mirror, Towel rail / ring and Glass corner / shelves etc of any description by changing the washers etc or any other minor accessories to make the system functional complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair brass spindle complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix in repair internal assembly kit for flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix in repair internal brass fittings for CP bib tap/pillar tap/wall mixture complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix in repairs silicon sealing door tape for door seal, 45 mm wide suitable for any door size, white and transparent complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for petty repairs to AC sheets/CGI/PGI roof sheets etc by applying bituminous sealing tape ( such as sika multiseal AP) as in patches to prevent small leakage from roof sheets complete all as specified and as directed Area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 3.00 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for petty repairs to tile related works such as repair to wal l/floor /ceiling /roof etc area not exceeding 0.50 sqm each and matching the existing surfaces etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for petty repairs to cement plastering to internal , external and ceiling surface incl taking down Old Plastering incl finishes to match the existing wall surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed (Area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 Sqm)
