Each Outgoing VCB feeder consists of: (i) Motorised 630A Vacuum Circuit Breaker with manual spring charging arrangement and manual close & open push buttons, ON /OFF indication and series trip coil for self powered relay & shunt trip coil for external tripping - 01 No. (ii) Self powered Numerical O/C & E/F relay with CTs of ratio 30/1A, 2.5VA, 5P10 (Protection core) - 01 Set (iii) Manually operated 630A load breaker switch with built-in earth switch with full making capacity - 1 No (iv) Mechanical position indicator. 1 No Metering Module as Bus PT (i) 3 Nos Single Phase Potential Transformers having ratio 22kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Class 1.0 Common Items per RMU (a) SF6 Gas Pressure indicator with auxiliary contacts. (b) 1 No Handles for RMU (c) 1 No Fault Passage Indicator with associated CT’s. (d) 1 No 500VA Auxiliary Transformer. (e) Battery and Battery Charger.

Supply, laying in repairs, in trenches /ducts, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 120 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment for IS (ISI marked cable) testing, commissionong along with HT cable route indicator with GI strip 32x6mm, XLPE HT insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a) Earth work, EHV cable cover, sand coushioning and GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) High voltage test to be conducted at site with suitable voltage before and after laying of HT cable and reading shall be recorded jointly and test report to be submitted in triplicate to the Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted above.

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft /loose soil including taking out faulty cable /cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cms complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay sand cushioning to under ground HT cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover laid width wise factory made, class EHV type 1 with peak size 450x230x50mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying only precast concrete cable cover of size 450x230x50mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches for 100mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for heat shrinkable cable end termination joint including jointing kit outdoor type suitable for earthed 3 core 95/120 sqmm HT 22KV XLPE aluminium conductor cable and HV test after jointing and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
