COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CENTRAL PACKAGE TYPE AC PLANTS AND CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER GE (I) GOS

M&L for Dismantling and removing defective fins of FRP type cooling tower and supply and fixing new PVC fins brick containing suitable for existing cooling tower system, eleven layers size of brick 600 mm x 300 mm x 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling and removal of old unserviceable motor and Supply and fixing in replacement of cooling tower fan motor with long shaft,flange mounted (induction motor) of capacity 2/2.5 HP, 415 V as per site conditions/suitable and incl providing necessary shaft key,shaft,nuts,bolts and wahsers complete all as specified and directed. Note- Old u/s motor to be deposite in AGE E/M store.(Note: The arrangement of men power,T&P, settings shall be contractors responsibility)

M&L for dismatling and removal of old uservieable cooling tower alluminium fan hub 38 mm bore assembly with 4 blades with connected clamps and connected accessories nuts, bolts and washers. S & F new cooling tower alluminium fan hub 38 mm bore assembly with 4 blades as per site requirement wih all connected accessories,uts,bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note- Old u/s fan hub to be deposite in AGE E/M store (Location 9 ESR KTA area) (Note: The arrangement of men power,T&P, settings shall be contractors responsibility)

Opening of shell and tube condensor end covers for inspection, pressure testing for leakage detection of condensor and identification of leakage, arresting the same with brazing, pressure testing after repairs, reassembling of end covers including cost of rubber gasket and making water connections, testing and commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified. (Note: The arrangement of men power,T&P, Nitrogen gas,welding eqpts shall be contractors responsibility)

Servicing and Survey/Audit of central AC Plants by authorised OEM Service Engineer for Central AC plants/ Package type AC plants / Walking cooler (Cold Room Systems)/Chillers/Central AC plant Compressors/Mother board circuits/VFDs/Cooling towers/condensor uits/sensors/AHU units(At all plants) etc for complete techical audit in each quarterly inspections and corrective repairs /technical requirements/spare parts analisation and replacemet of burnt/damaged /unsv spare parts and rectifing troubles / offroad rectifications in the stipulated time period by OEM authorised Engineer ( Blue Star/Carrier/ACCEL as per site OEM requirement) Complete all as specified and directed. Note:1 . Checking the all AC plants by the authorised OEM service Engineer and Technicians making a complete survey report aganist AC plant/Eqpt for our records duly signatured by him.2. Spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of old surface by scraping and smoothing the surface with water emery paper and painting with approved colour of synthetic enemelled paint of two coat over a coat of primer red oxide and writing letters/numbers(SM/MES Nos.) of Compressor with motor, foundation frame, including foundation of A/c plants of capacities 30 to 33 TR and cleaning the surrounding area up to three metre out side area of the plant by cutting grasses and surface dressing including white wash of plantroom complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.(Note: The arrangement of men power,T&P and necessary items shall be contractors responsibility)
