Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. embedded portion and making good disturbed ground etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, debries etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers, 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPI @ 3% by weight of cement over a coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4. on concrete or brick wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (IWPC measured and paid separately) complete fine aggrigate used natural river sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,etc complete all as spfd and directed.

S & F for Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, Thickness of sheet in 1.60 mm, etc complete all as spfd and directed.

S&F for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block in grey cement with pigments and of approved size and shape and conforming to IS 15658-2006, laid over 50mm thk sand bedding layer laid to true line, level watered and mechanically compacted,including dismantling Stone slabs/ tiles, floors, paths, aprons etc any description or thickness and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors id over 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete,including dismantling chequered floor tiling incl cement mortar bedding, etc complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level),etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required completeall as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC type E2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia of pipe 150mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.
