Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundation, laying of pipes, drain, trenches etc. getting out in soft/ loose soil by manually not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and getting out complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling & mass concrete, sub base etc. complete all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified.

PCC type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.

Factory made PCC type A-1 chequered tiles, ISI marked (IS:13801), with grey cement & no pigment, 22-25 mm thick, of size 300 mm x 300 mm, and any shape & colour in floors, over & including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed, set and jointed with grey cement slurry, complete, all as specified.

HIP (Reflective) stickers of various size and shape on different types of sign boards using 3M TM High intensity grade Prismatic Reflective sheeting 3930 to 3937 series of approved colour fixing with pressure sensitive adhesive for unique construction providing high levels of retroreflectivity for multiple traffic situations provinding long term reflectivity and durability etc complete.

AV 450 series colour vinyls stickers of various size and shape for sign boards as writing numericals, alphabats, border and arrow etc. of Air field area complete.

CPVC Pipe of 5mm thick and 50mm bore fixed to Polycarbonate sheet panel and Aluminium sections/ angles of various sizes as in support/stay for sign boards etc. complete all as specified.

Fixing of sign boards of any type and size in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate Blocks of size 300x300x450mm in the Air field area including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified.

Aluminium angle / sections of required size and shape suitable for fixing polycorbonate sheet panel as in sign board of various size in sign boards etc complete all as specified.

Cement concrete work 300 mm thick in pavement / hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg / Sq.cm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre including necessary from work and bull nosing, rounding off edges finish by brooming / belting etc. laid in single layer complete all as specified.

HDPE 400 micron film including all necessary cutting, overlaps (not less than 300mm) after applying a tack coat bitumen emulsion VG-10 @ 2.5 kg/10 Sq.m after preparation of floor surfaces, complete all as specified.

Forming contraction (Dummy) joint 25mm deep x 8mm wide including provision of 10 mm dia polyurethene foam closed cell backup rod and sealed with polyurethene sealent (min depth of sealent 12mm) after priming the vertical surface with approved primer twice @ 0.075 litre (minimum) per square metre complete all as specified.

Bringing approved earth (soft/loose soil ) from out side of defence land (any distance ) and depositing in shoulders of flight strips duly cleaned the grass and vegetation growth and laying of earth in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick, spread and levelled & compacting mechanically to the required gradient/ slope as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge complete all as specified. NOTE:- (i) Quantity of earth shall be measured after taking into account of porosity / void ratio of soil after testing. (ii) Cost of earth and removal to any lead shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Earth filling along edges & low lying areas of runway and flight strips by digging/ scraping of earth using/deployment by providing a team on hourly basis comprising one JCB alongwith operator and one unskilled labour and necessary T&P for the time schedule decided by Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified.

NOTES APPLICABLE TO SERIAL ITEM 30 & 31 ABOVE:- (i) The time of working hours will be accounted from starting of work actually at site. For the purpose a Log Book shall be maintained at site by contractor indicating date and location and time to work out working hours and shall be signed by Contractor, concerned JE & Engineer-in-Charge. The log book shall be produced before GE on demand for technical check of RARs/Final Bill. (ii) Contractor shall provide the team on demand. For the purpose contractor himself or his accredit rep. shall attend positively verbal / telephonee calls of concerned executives round the clock. (iii) In case the contractor fails to provide complete team within one day of written/ verbal/ telephonee demand, a penalty @ 10% of quoted rates shall be recovered from the contractor dues. (ii) Earth shall be removed or sweeped with brooms from near runway and taxi track immediately after filling/cutting. Location of earth digging /scraping and its removal for filling will be as directed by Engineer in-charge.

DISMANLING/DEMOLITION WORKS

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Dismantling of sign boards any size made with MS or aluminium tubes/squares framework including digging embedded portion and demoliton of concrete and its removal upto 2 kilometre complete.

Demolition of (un-reinforced) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

NOTE : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
