SPL REPAIR IN BLDG NO P-171 (KOTE) OF ARC AND SPL REPAIR IN BLDG NO G-16 (SINGLE JCOS OTM LIVING ACCN) UNDER GE SHILLONG

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and applying cement slurry @3kg/Sqm (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 in 15 mm thick for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fare and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be less applied over bituminous primer as specified above over a Application of polymeric membrance shall by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strenngth of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class HW boarding 20mm thick fixed with nails as in eaves board planed one side with butt joint including dismantling boarding of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of 2nd class hard wood scantling, clean sawn in any position and any description as in unframed work including dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position as in unframed or framed workcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with nails as in ceiling,including dismantling wall and ceilling boards of any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Precast cement concrete block walling in any position, complete all as specified and directed.
