Taking down carefully copper or aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets bulk, head fitting, tube light fitting by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good, distrubed surface of walls floors etc.

M&L for modular point wiring for one light/one fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLS cable with and including PVC rigid concealed conduit heavy duty suitable size with all accessories including modular matallic flush box of suitable way with modular cover plate for modular switches and sockets , including green 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor connected to comman earth dolly, including cutting chiseling for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2 here-in-before but modular call bell point complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2 here-in-before but modular 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switch complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2 here-in-before but modular 15/16 Amps socket outlet on the independent board with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor FRLS cable and 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS (green colour) as earth lead complete all as specified and directed.
