Withdrawl of electro motor submersible pumping set of following capacities from within the tube well housing pipe of the following length by using all necessary requisites tools and plants and carefully as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and stacking the same property at site within the tube well premises complete.(a)100/150/200 cubic metre per hour capacity electro motor set(ii) Length of pump assembly of any length exceeding 18 m.

(b) 30 cubic metre per hour capacity electro motor set.(ii) Length of pump assembly of any length exceeding 18 m.

Instalation of submersible electro motor pumping set of following capacities by using necessary requisite, tools and plants by lowering the same within the tubewell housing pipe upto the following depth as per direction by fitting, fixing column pipes and other accessories, fixtures with necessary nuts, bolts and washers and suspending the entire assembly of pump set vertically by fixing the same supported by M.S. clamps over the top of housing pipe, binding the motor cable with each column pipes and drawing cable upto pump controller/starter point including opening out of the top cap of housing pipe of the tubewell and testing of motor both in loading as well as in unloaded condition before and after installation of the same. (The rate is inclusive of hiring charges of tools & plants.)(a)100/150/200 m3 her hour capacity electro motor set.(ii) Length of pump assembly of any length exceeding 18 m.

Transportation of Submersible Electro Motor Pumping set, along with all other acessories and equipments g bend, sluice valves, column pipe etc.from Sub-Divisional Store to worksite including loading at the lifting point and unloading at the delivery point including necessary head load upto 100 metre at both ends.A) Carriage by road (a) Distance upto 50 km(i) 100/150/200 cubic metre per hour (m3/hr) capacity electro motor pumping set with column pipes and accessories etc. .

(ii) 30 cubic metre per hour capacity electro motor set.

MS hexagonal head bolts & Nuts bearing IS - 1363 (Part -I) / 1992 of product Grade - C with latest amendments for bolts & IS 1363 (part - 3) / 1992 of product grade - C with latest amendments for nuts properties / class for bolts - 4.6 & for nut - 4.5. Both bolts & nuts are to be duly ISI certification marked.

Supply of rubber insertion 5 mm thick with proper reinforcement 2 PLY conforming to IS 638 / 79 with ISI marked with latest amedments suitable for raised surface of MS flange as per IS 6392/71 (Table - 5,11& 17)red jointing sheet as per IS 2712 / 1998 grade W/3 FYSAX AMJ 321. Gasket for raised surface of MS Flange as per IS 6392/71.i) 150mm.dia( Table -17)

ii) 125 mm dia( Table-17)

Add GST @ 18% on Total of (SL. No.1 to 23)

Add CESS @ 1% on (Total cost of SL.No.1 to 23+GST @ 18% on Total cost of Sl. No. of 1 to 23)=3645628.55+18% of 3645628.55
