Earthwork excavation and dwposition on bank with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in the following classification of soils as directed by Board officers.Hard stiff clay, block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders for foundation SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for fooundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by Board officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash bricks of size 23x11x7cm for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

RCC 1:11/2:3 using 20mm HBG Metal excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing

Painting the new plastered surfaces with two coats of approved (snowcem)cement paint for all the external surface of the structure including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers using the following colour i) Ivory for all external surface except the projection of floor slab/roof slab and hand rails, II) Golden brown for the projection of the floor slab / roof slab and handrails

Supplying, cutting, bending, tying, fabricating and placing in position of steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire etc.The steel should conform to the relevant ISspecification and supplied with test certificate (Fe.415 grade as per IS specification No.1786/1985 and as amended from time to time) for delivery at site of work including loading, freight, unloading, stacking, transit insurance charges, taxes etc. complete . Providing and fixing RCC inside access ladder of approved pattern and design in RCC 1:11/2:3 (One cement and one and half sand and three HBG stone of 20mm size ISS gauge) 0.40m width, 0.10m thickness, 0.12m breadth for side post, 0.05m thickness 0.12m breadth for steps with suitable inclination including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

Providing RCC ventilating arrangements as directed by TWAD Board officers-Separate sheet

Supplying and fixing in position of cut stone of size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.15m at site in CM 1:3(One part cement and three part sand) at bottom of inlet pipe inside the Sump the suitable size and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supply, delivery and fixing in position of 0.60x0.60 m C.I manhole frame and cover heavy duty approved patten at the roof slab and as directed . the manhole frame and cover should of light etc., complete SOR P.NO 81 WD-M1358

Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth (other than sand) in layers of 15cm thick,watered well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification removing and spreading the surplus earth at the places shown and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing and painting of GI pipes with two coats of approved quality enamel paint etc., complete (As per seperate estimate)
