(d) GOD of 11 KV - 08 Set (e) Fuse unit 11 KV - 08 Set (f) HT UG cable 95 Sqmm 3 core - 250 RM. (g) HT lighting Arrester non-linear type 65 KV for 11 KV -02 Nos (Set of three). (h) HT Lighting arrester non-linear type 65 KV of 11 KV - 02 Nos (Set of three).

Notes for Srl Item No 1.00 to 4.00 (i) Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/Central Government from time to time whichever is higher. The payment shall be made to the workers through NEFT to adhaar linked bank account of (ii) M&O employees/staff and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submiited along with the RARs/FB for payments. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, Safety etc and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing labour Rules/Acts/Regulations. (iv) Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator/labour shall be made only through Accountg payee cheque/NEFT and same shall be deposited in Adhaar link account of operator/labour documentary evidence for the same shall be submiited to Enginner-in-Charge before payment of RAR/Final bill. (v) Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rulles and regulation of state/central govt and necessary replacement will be provided by the contratcor. Rules quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision.

(vi) In case absence of any operator/workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. Attenant/operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. (vii) Safety equipment's tools and first aid kit will be provided to all tradesmen without any extra cost to government. Log Book (Sheet) Muster Roll, attendance, register shall be maintained by operator and get it signed by contracor on daily basis. (viii) The shifts for Sub Station (Srl No 3 to 6 ) will be mentioned as under :- (a) First Shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (b) Second Shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (c) Third Shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs
