Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil by mechanical means for foundation, trenches, walls, drains, plinths, footings, pedestals, columns and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc. all complete including backfilling with available soil and compaction etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Construction of Granular Sub-Base of grading V as per design spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH specifications 401 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRTH specifications 406 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying not less than 150 mm thick Stone Soling below floor & foundations bed etc. using hard, durable & approved quality stones, rubbles including filling Interstices using small size stones, stone chips, murum & watering [to fill up all gaps] etc. preparation of base properly, levelling, dressing & compaction at all locations etc. all complete as per specifications, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of specified grade for foundations, plinth, bedding, platform, pathways & all other miscellaneous PCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compacting, levelling, finishing, curing, formwork etc. including cleaning of founding strata for any unwanted material, rubbish etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: Rates shall be including the cost of Formwork, staging and all other concreting forming accessories/consumable required.

Providing and laying Steel Reinforcement of grade Fe-500 / Fe-500 D HYSD bars of all diameters as per IS:1786 [latest edition] of brand approved by EIC including removing loose scales, cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all in-situ concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks at all locations & lifts /heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing & Constructing Masonry with standard quality CC Solid Blocks of standard size [Approved by EIC], having crushing strength not less than 75 Kgs/cm2 & density between 1800 kg/cum to 2300 kg/cum in CM 1:5 for foundation [plinth, drains, walls & repair works etc.] & superstructure [walls] and all other miscellaneous masonry works for foundation & superstructure etc including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces & cleaning at all locations & lifts/heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note: 1] Wherever RCC and reinforcements is required, then it shall be paid in relevant items

Providing, Fabricating & erection of miscellaneous structural steel work for Tubular sections, bolts, nuts, flats, plates, purlins, rafters, horizontal / vertical / cross members, columns, beams, trusses, plate EPs, windows & doors frames & shutters, grills, gates etc. and all other miscellaneous fabrication works including providing standard MS Steel Sections conforming to Indian standards which are required for executing this work and fixing / erecting with site welding the same in position to true line, level & plumb including providing & fixing hilti bolts [of 1st quality ] of suitable dia. & length [wherever required], preparation of base, providing & painting One Coat of approved Primer of 1st quality & of standard make at all locations & lifts /heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying External Cement Plaster (New or Old repair / patch / rectification works) 18 mm thick in Two Coats. Base coat shall be 12 mm thick in CM 1:5 & finishing coat shall be 6 mm thick in CM 1:3 (sponge finished) rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including curing; including providing and fixing with all necessary consumables fixtures chicken wire or fibre mesh over the junction/interface of different material surface such as RCC/Masonry wherever required; including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces & cleaning at all locations & lifts / heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out Dismantling/ Demolition carefully the existing RCC structural elements at all elevations by manual or mechanical means including all necessary equipments such as drilling machine, cutting machine, gas cutter etc. necessary manpower and including collecting & stacking neatly all serviceable materials at NPCIL site store/as directed by EIC and disposing off unwanted material to appropriate disposing area within 2 Km at all locations and at all lifts & heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Carrying out Dismantling/ Demolition carefully the existing PCC at all elevations by manual or mechanical means including all necessary equipments such as drilling machine, chiselling etc., necessary manpower and disposing off unwanted material to appropriate disposing area within 2 Km and spreading the debris at all locations etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Carrying out Dismantling/ Demolition carefully the existing plastered Brick /block masonry in cement mortar at all elevations by manual or mechanical means including all necessary equipments such as drilling machine, chiselling etc., necessary manpower and disposing off unwanted material to appropriate disposing area within 2 Km and spreading the debris at all locations etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. at all lead & lifts/heights and stacking the serviceable materials at NPCIL site store/as directed by EIC. all complete as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing RCC precast fencing pole of standard size including RCC Y arm of standard size for a maximum height of (10+2) feet + necessary embedment in PCC/RCC pedestal with minimum thickness of 6 inches at vertical portion and casted in M 20 with 20mm down size aggregates using steel moulding , curing , transportation to work spot including excavation in all types of soil, fixing in PCC/RCC including aligning to plumb and line including cost of all materials, labour,usage charges of machinery at all locations & at all lifts / heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & installing 600 mm dia GI punched tape Concertina Coil (10m open-able length) up to 3.2 meter height over Y shape posts & incl. 9 Nos. of 4mm dia. horizontal RBT barbed wire , stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron and tying with suitable gauge GI wire [ J clips & GI wire shall be of suitable gauge, of standard make], at regular interval by maintaining the proper & required pitch distance at all location & at all lifts/heights. etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note: Structural steel works shall be paid Separately as per the relevant item
