Term Contract for repairs to road using CRMB bitumen or VG-30 bitumen and all other ancillary works for road repairs, its construction/reconstruction in Delhi Cantt.

To execute all Civil & B/R repair, construction works under Term Contract for repairs to road using CRMB bitumen or VG-30 bitumen or bitumen of any specified grade like PMB-40 etc and all other ancillary works for road repair, its construction/ reconstruction in Delhi Cantonment and as specified under scope of work on page 23 in technical bid of RFP and as per specifications contained in CPWD specifications Vol. I & II of 2019 with upto date correction slips and as directed. The work shall be priced at par with DSR-2023 CPWD subject to quoted percentage by the tenderer. The work shall be carried out as per work order (s) placed under the contract from time to time during entire period of contract and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Tenderer shall insert the percentage here in below by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the DSR- 2023 CPWD respectively. The amount inserted by the Deptt is an estimated cost but tender shall be accepted only on the percentage inserted/ quoted by tenderer. The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all statutory taxes and nothing extra shall be payable. further it shall be deemed that the contractor has read & understood scope of work on page 23 of RFP and cluase 21 on page 160-161 of the Technical bid (RFP) & the quoted rates shall be inclusive of adhering to these provisions fully.
