Provision of high mast

Supply of 16 M High Mast system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for High Mast including head frame, steel wire ropes 6 mm dia, trailing cable, double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for number of luminaires as per the design asymmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation. This also includes supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates, top pulley arrangement and lighting arrestor etc. complete as required.

Supply of 150W LED Flood Light ( similar to Bajaj.model:BJFL)

Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contractor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25 sq. mm and outgoing 16 &2.5 sq. mm terminals.

Supply of following sizes Aluminium Armoured conductor XLPE insulated, PVC tape inner sheathed power cable for working voltage 1.1 KV grade & as per IS: 7098 (Part- I ) 1988 with up to date ammendments, complete etc as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour etc. complete as required.

Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, complete with required length of multicore power cable between top carriage and the base board, end termination of the same cable in distribution box, lugs, MCB and all labour etc. complete as required.

Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in PCC, /c providing & laying in position cement concrete(PCC) of specified grade around the feeder panel boxes (PCC Size 1 Mtr X 1 Mtr X 0.30 Mtr) (1:2:4)(1 cement:2coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with Suitable HDPE pipe for cable in & out to the boxes etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and Making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 core 95 sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1KV grade Aluminium cable etc., as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying & laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required (Jointing shall be done by overlaping and with 2 sets G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
