Removing damaged/unserviceable parts of Chairs and supply & fixing of new teak wood parts duly polished in two coats after prepration of surfaces fixing with using bamboo pin and fevicol. Any parsts loose of chair also required to be fix properly by using fevicol and providing 8 nos triangular wooden brackets. In case, if any part or complete chair found damaged while repairing for damaged part, the responsibility thereoff shall be on the contractor to make good the damage made while reparis. Removing of U/S rear leg S & F new rear leg made out of teak wood size all as per drg and directed by Engr-in- Charge

Removing of U/S Side rails /Front rails/ Rear rails and S&F of New Side rails/ Front rails rear rails made out of teak wood size all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing of U/S Back verticle stiffener size 30 x 15 mm and S & F new back verticle stiffener size 30 x15mm made out of teak wood all as per drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of U/S Stiffener between legs size 20x15mm and S & F New Stiffener size 20 x15 mm made out of teak wood all as per drg.

Removing of U/S Cushion material/Tapestry coth and Ply wood seat of chair dinning cushioned and S & f New seat made from ply wood 12mm thick 5 ply ISI marked and upholstringof chair with new tapestry cloth of Min Price range of Rs 150/Per Mtr of approved shade with foam sheet 75mm thick 40 Density all as per drawing.

Supply of Cushion for Dressing Stool of size 420x260x50 mm thick of 40 density duly upholistered with tapestry cloth of price not less than Rs.200 per Mtr. (Drg No.- FD/E6/MAP/14 etc)

Removing damaged/unserviceable Cane plastic from wooden furniture and material and Labour for recanning with 2mm wide cane (colour of white/ivory) as per godrej pattern all as specified shown on drawing and as directed. Make of cane , Shah Brand, primier, maharastra Cane) Rest all as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge. Removing old nylon newar/ damaged old cane plastic from Chair Verandah and material and labour for the following for repairs to chair verandah all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Drg No.- FD 256)

Retapping with 25mm wide plastic newar white colour 1st quality duly stitched at ends with nylon thread

Removing of cane plastic and recanning with 3.5-4mm wide cane of white/Ivory colour complete all as per drawing.

Hard PVC shoe (set of 4) white colour.

Painting to the steel frame of the chair with one coat of synthetic enamel paint white of best quality as per PS including preparation of surface.

S&F of MDF board 18 mm thick ISI marked one side teak shade lamination and one side white lamination, in fabrication for sides, back, bottams, slides, drawers, plateforms, key board desk etc for wooden or steel furniture where ever required of any type i.e. table computer, TV trolley, tepoy varandah bed side table etc including labour and material like fevical, steel screws full threads only, beading wooden / PVC as required, with full workman ship all as directed by Engr- in-charge at site colour, shade, pattern as approved by Engr - in - Charge.

S&F of PPB board 18 mm thick ISI marked one side teak shade lamination and one side white lamination, in fabrication for various parts of wooden and steel furniture etc including labour and material like fevical, steel screws full threads only, beading wooden / PVC as required, with full workman ship all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site colour, shade, pattern as approved by Engr - in - Charge.

S&F of fancy handles stainless steel 4" long for drawer / wooden furniture. Fixing with proper full thread Screw with washer SS.

S&F of fancy knobs stainless steel 2" - 3" dia for drawer / wooden furniture. Fixing with proper full thread Screw with washer as per sample & all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 5mm thick looking mirror of approprate size of table dressing ladies Drg MAP, with workman ship and as directed by Engr- in - Charge

Removing carefully the seats of the chair along with tapestry / leather cloth and foam cushion and S&F of seats of chair and fresh cushion 32 (d) and fixing as per Drg and tapestery / letheritic cloth of approved pattern from engr in charge. Tapestry cloth shall be not less than Rs.200 per RM.

S&F in position head rest including legs made out of well seasoned Ist class teak wood frame , supply and fixing 4 mm thick plywood one side teak faced ISI marked on the frame including taking out the old broken / decayed head rest all as specified and directed.

S&F in position foot rest including legs made out of well seasoned Ist class teak wood frame, supply & fix 4 mm thick ply wood one side teak faced ISI marked on side of the frame including taking out the old broken/ decayed foot rest all as specified and as directed

S&F in position 12mm thick commercial plywood ISI marked on top of the bed including taking out old broken/chipped off plywood all as specified and directed.

French polishing of bed after cleaning the surfaces (old or new) with sand /emery paper, refilling the borer holes/cracks with putty (wherever required,) applying the raw sienna/ burnt sienna as per requirement, make the surface smooth again with sand/emery paper to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 21,057.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 14A of IAFW-1815-Z) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately from the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 14A of IAFW 1815-Z.
