Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (60mm to 23.5mm at 26.5mm to 4.75 at 45% and 4.75mm below at 20%) & spreading in uniform layers with tractr with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the reuirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per (Mix-in-place method)

Providing & laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggeragate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in inform layers 250mm thick with pavers in sub base / base course on well prepareed surface and copacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labur charges rentals for achinery, fuel and all other incidentalchares etc., coplete.

Applying primer coat over the wmm suface using with Emulsion bitumen binder 7.0 Kg/10 sq.m including cost & conveyance of all materials and all labour charges

Providing & laying 50mm Consolidated thickness of Dense Bituminous Macadam using graded metal using bitumen 60/70 grade including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc complete as per clause 504 of MOST specification

providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 20mm compacted thick using 0.18 cum of 13.20mm IRC size HBG machine crashed chips and 0.09 cum of 11.20mm IRC HBG machine crushed chips with 14.6kg of bitumen 80 100 for 10 sqm of premix carpet including laying of seal coat type "A" over the premix carpet using 0.09 cum of 6.7mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips with 9.8kg of bitumen 80/100 per 10 sqm inculding cost and conveyance of chips and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurements including cost of bitumen which will be supplied by the department at departmental section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including heating the bitumen and metal mixing the materials in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet including spreading the same and finishing and compacting the same by power rolling to the specified lines and grades including all labour charges application of bitumen for seal coat over the premix carpet and spreading the seal coat and power roller rolling separately as per MOST specification 509 and 513 (III revision) inculding all labour charges hire and fuel charges etc. complete
