Tile work in skiriting raising of steps and dado (upto 2m height ) over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry at 3.3kg / 1sqm, including grooves joints 10mm wide and 10mm deep on all sides of tiles etc., complete flamed granite tiles 10mm thick.

Finishing the top two nos. of unpolished edge rounded granite tiles of 150mm width and 18mm thick fixed over the existing surface matching with cement mortar bed of 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) of 12mm thick with required projection on the outside. The balance portion is to be filled with PCC 1:2:4 to a required thickness to a smooth and uniform finish. The rate includes the cost of granite tiles, rounding the edges and fixing etc complete as per the drawing and also to maintain the uniformity.

White washing with lime to give on even shade - New work (three or more coats).
