Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work using angle iron, FI, MS plates, plain black sheets, etc., as in fire point/DTGM board/sign board using steel confirming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces.

M&L one coat of synthetic enamel paint on brick/stone/concrete/AC sheet/ plastered/ wooden surface etc of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old /previously treated surface complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 4 here-in-before but on steel or iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning down the old treated surface of under/over shoot area of runway to remove dust, dirt by wire brushes and brooming down the surface, cleaning with water and applying evenly one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for one coat of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on bituminous/concrete surfaces exceeding 10cm width, with Machine (Air/Airless spray applications as per IS 164) with "APCOTRACK IS of Asian paints " or equivalent. Colour of Water base paint will be White, Golden yellow, Deep orange, PO Red and Black, as per the requirement in Air field including the preparation of surfaces and including scrapping of existing all loose particles complete all as specified and directed . Note : Coverage area of Paint will be 6.00 Sqm/Ltr. Specification of the machine is as under :- Graco line lazer 5900 with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 1.60 (6.0), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Enghine cc (hp) : 160(5.5) and maximum Tip Size : 0.043 or Graco line lazer 200HS with 2 guns and the maximum GPM(LPM) : 2.15 (8.14), PSI (Bar) : 3300 (227), Enghine cc (hp) : 200(6.5) and maximum Tip Size : 0.047 or the Machine from Wagner company with same specifications.

Supply and fixing in repairs commercial grade reflective sheeting with pressure sensitive adhesive provides clear visual information in low light and poor weather any width and colour in white, red or yellow as in DTGM board/sign board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged /spoiled edges/surfaces to rectangular section removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200 M but n’exc 500 M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin all as per manufacturer's instruction including necessary form complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sand for epoxy mortar shall be "QUARTZ" sand and hardener, resin will be of M/S HUNTSMAN/DR BECK.

M&L for repair of concrete slab or pavement damaged/spoiled edges/surfaces in pot holes diameter 5mm to 10mm and depth upto 10mm, removing all loose and foreign material and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin/runfill all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.Note : Hardener, resin will be of M/S HUNTSMAN/DR BECK/Runfill and equivalent as per manufacturers instructions.

-Ditto- as above item No 10 but pot holes diameter exc 10 mm but n.exec. 20 mm and depth exc. 10 mm but not exec. 20 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repair of damaged flexible surfaces removing all loose and foreign material by mechanical device and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.Note : Hardener, resin will be of M/S HUNTSMAN/DR BECK/Aspha- flo' modified streaming asphalt crack stuffer from Srijjan and equivalent as per manufacturers instructions

M&L for repair of damaged flexible surfaces exc 5mm and not exceeding 10mm and depth upto 20mm removing all loose and foreign material by mechanical device and disposing off the same to a distance exc 200M but n.exc 500M and cleaning the surface and filling with epoxy resin/'filling compound over and including bitumen tubes inserted inside cracks as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.Note : Hardener, resin will be of M/S HUNTSMAN/DR BECK/Runfill & Runphalt from M/S Srijjan and equivalent as per manufacturers instructions

Supply and fix in repairs self adhesive cold applied polymer modified high tack bituminous instant Runway/Tarmac crack sealing tape of 100mm width, 2KPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer.

Supply and fix in repairs self adhesive cold applied polymer modified high tack bituminous instant Runway/Tarmac crack sealing tape of 150mm width, 2KPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer.

M&L for preparation of existing joints by manually/mechanically raking out to depth of 20 to 25mm and width of joints 5 to 10mm,cleaning the joints with coir brushes and removing all the fine particles, cleaning to concrete surfaces and joints with the help of air compressor and removing away the existing sealing compound and all other loose materials to a distance exc 200 meter but n.exc 250meter as directed and joints filled with Bitumen mixed Grade 85/25 with sand 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of flexible / rigid pavement of any description and in any position by means of machanical methed including cutting by machine of existing edges / boundary of any thikness not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of demolished/excavated material to a distance exc 500m and n exc 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n'exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick dry lean concrete of M 15 design mix (using OPC 43 grade min 250 Kg/Cum) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick layer of sand including watering rolling over DLC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 400 micron polythene film over sand layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pavement quality control concrete using crushed stone aggregate having minimum field flexural sength of 45 Kg/Sq Cm and characteristic compressive strength 40 N/Sqmm in pavement using non circular/triangular synthetic fibre @ 0.25% by weight of cement used laid to level, gradient and camber including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note : Non circular / trinagular fibre shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only.

Supply only polyester non-circular/traingular fibres 12mm long with circum circle diameter 30-35 micron, designed for melting point of 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finishing of concrete pavements by belting and brooming without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 25mm deep, primed and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10mm (excluding 2 to 3 mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendeations, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming consruction/dummy joint 08mm wide and 100mm deep, primed and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 10mm primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations, 3mm wide saw cut upto 60 mm depth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 25mm wide expansion joint to full depth of slabs (300mm thick) and filled with compressible rubber filler board (silflex dura board HD 100 of supreme make or equivalent) and providing a back up rod/debonding strip and top 12mm (excluding 2 to 3 mm recess at top) primed and sealed with and using polyurethane based sealing compound with suitable primer as per manufacturer's recommendations, complete all as specified and as directed (including cutting edges of existing pavements for forming expansion joints between existing and proposed slab if required). Note: Compressible filler board shall be fixed after full depth cutting of slab,complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing/cutting of grass & other vegetations etc of any description and in any position from the edges of runways/PTT/Link shoulders/edges of shoulders and sides of drains and removing the rubbish to FOD free area complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs, floors, (other than ground floors) beams, staircase, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work all as specified.

M&L Providing reinforced cement concrete type B-l, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast drain covers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia.complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed .

Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete TypeC2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded agregate as in fdn complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class “B” Bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 straight on plan using old size bricks all as specified and directed.

Description same all as per item No 35 above but, except brick using old retrieved bricks obtained from demolition in serviceable conditions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wk or concrete surfaces surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. (inner girth only measured)

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
