S& F Solid PVC Wall Lining Panelling consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced)/lime concrete/sunken floor of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for by mechanical means (like drill machine, Hilti, pneumatic chisel, etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 Type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in mass concrete for sunken portion of WC, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and applying a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system.Prepration of surface of sunken portion and M & L for glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system as Top coat: SikaTop® Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 over reinforcement: Sika® Fab-1 over base coat: SikaTop® Seal-107 @ 1.5 kg/m2 etc including Supply and apply a protection plaster (12 – 15 mm) admixed with appropriate integral waterproofing compound Sika® Plastocrete Plus @0.10 kg per bag of cement. The product should conforms to IS 2645. all as specified and directed. System should have compressive strength: 20 N/mm2; bond strength: 2.0 N/mm2.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sealaing of pipe penetration of toilets core cutting in the following stages:- Supply and applying solvent free, moisture insensitive epoxy resin based patch repair putty on pipe penetration surfaces. The putty shall be applied to a groove thickness of minimum 20mm on pipe penetration joint to concrete including Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particles, etc with compressed air or any other suitable technique depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges, etc Product: Sikagard®-694 F (I), Yield: 0.6 ltr/kg. Product requirements: suitable for submerged condition; compressive strength of 40 N/mm2 (1 day) according to IS 9162-1979.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-I (20mm graded agg) in roof kerb or mud slops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping, kneelers, kerb water tough and the like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed incl necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to roof surface with APP polymeric based water proofing membrane 3mm thick & weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm of approved make black finish consisting of a central core of high molecular high density polyethylene film (HMHDPF) & reinforced with non woven polyester matt of min 90 gm/sqm with a thermo fusible finish laid over a coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 kg/sqm over a coat of an bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.4 Ltr/Sqm over prepared roof surfaces, forcing overlap with a propane or butane gas torch with a overlap of 75mm at sides & 100mm at ends & sealing incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as spd & directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicator only. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size & making good in CM 1:3.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) on roof padding with water proofing compound surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Rate of WPC shall be included in unit rate)

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 & dismantling of existing tiles or terrazo finish including cement mortar bedding of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 x450x7mm vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting dado etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match laid over and including rendering 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing tiles or terrazo finish including cement mortar bedding of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness Cement concrete concrete (unreinforced) (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete filling and mass concrete laying 100 mm thick type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring/skirting 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed 1:6 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.
