Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone concrete or bricks surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed with oil putty or wooden beads & leaving the panes clean on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls surface including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete wall (external surfaces) of any description finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete wall (internal surfaces) of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces of any description finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class “B” bricks straight on curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius with old size bricks in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing , 100mm thick factory made precast perforated reinforced cement concrete cover slab type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 2mm thick MS frame with required width and necessory reinforement as per manfacturer broucher set in cement mortar 1:4 over drains , sizes of drain cover ordered as required at site all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white (lime) wash including preparation of the new plastered surfaces on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint including preparation of the new plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white (lime) wash including preparation of the new plastered/surfaces on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on RCC roof concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed with WPC @ 3 % by the weight of cement and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : - WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Wire brushing and cleaning top surface , terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc., and surface painting, with one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per square meter and M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing in repair to any type of standrd rails straining bolts, incuding, securing or tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as ddirected (each line to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing , size 60x60x3mm, in rolls complete all as specified and directed. Note: weight (not less than 1.92 kg/sqm) to be ascertain by BOO at site.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire rails, straining bolts, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum and getting out, soft / loose soil returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering and romoving surplus soil to a distabce n.exc 50 m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS posts and struts as in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Steel Work in tubular pipe any size including Special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 Grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine cut) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one heragonal or square, not exceeding 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling of joints 12mm thick and 50mm deep expansion joints filled with pre formed bitumenous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound grade 'A' as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 to 23 mm thick machine cut kota stone slabs of suitable size of kota stone (approved by the GE) as in floors bedded in grey cement slurry, jointed & pointed in coloured cement incl cutting, grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured (chequered) cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 250mm x 250mm x 25mm thick, set with neat grey cement slurry, jointed and pointed in cement slurry and pigments in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bitumenous macadam surface in area exceeding 400 sqm, depth 50 to 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5Cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM of granite trap or basalt of grading 2 spread rolled and compacted to a true chamber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 45 here-in-before but except material.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 Sqm using VG-10 bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Premix bituminous, macadam (using bitumen 4% by weight of total mix)mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber for road surface and speed breaker (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes not exc 1 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in road etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixd macadam, binder and chippings) depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers 8 to12 tones to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

2 mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechnical engine driven machine, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) complete all as specified and directed.
