Supply install,testing and commissioning of copper wounded servo voltage stabilizer , 3Phase,4 wire AC supply with 50HZ frequency for automatic operation naturally oil cooled designed (for Unbalanced input and unbalanced load ) for input variation between 360V to 480V ,3 Phase,4 wire 50Hz ,AC with output voltage stabilized at 415V +/- 1% (adjustable ) 3phase 4wire AC and speed of correction 8 voltage per sec for single phase, indoor type floor mounted canopy as per IS:9815 (Part-I) of capacity of 20 KVA Suitable for operation between 0 to 50 degree Celsius ambient temperature and conforming to BIS 9815: part - I :1994 reaffirmed 2009, The servo stablizer for easy movement complete all as specified and including the following features :- (I) waveform distortion should be Nil. (II) Efficiency shall be more than 97% on full load. (III) Response time not to exceed 10MS . (IV) Immune to load PF & Supply frequency variations. (V) Following protection should be provided :- (a) Automatic low/high voltage cut off in the output with audio visual alarm cum cancellation and acknowledgment facility. (b) Short circuit protection ineach phase with Led indicator lamps and with a common ACB ,4 Pole of Make -L&T,English Electric of suitable capacity to trip of the output when the input supply /load goes beyond limits. (c) Single Phaseing protection (phase missing/phasereversal alarm and cut off. (VI) Output voltage setting (by potentiometer in AUTO mode & by Raise/lower push button in manual mode).

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth worl in soft/loose soil,returning filling,disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover 50 mm thick made of RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. M & L of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc using 32 x 6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as & specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply,laying & fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sq. mm 4 Core laid on trench/wall/floor including nesessary clamps,cable lugs,glands,accessories etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.(Make:- FINOLEX/ R R KABEL/ KALINGA/ PLAZA / POLYCAB/ HAVELLS)

Supply & fixing MCCB 63 amp 4 pole, 415 voltAC,16KA with enclosures Box (SS Box)including necessary clamps, cable lugs, glands, accessories etc. complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.(Make:- L&T/ SIEMENS/LEGRAND/ ABB ).
