M&L for Vitrified Ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm(600x600mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete.

All as per item No.17 above, but in vertical surfaces as in skirtings, incl backing coat bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti-skid heavy duty Vitrified coloured full body homogeneous, bull nosed finish tiles 12 mm thick polished, area of each tiles 1200x300mm, in steps, risers etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) slab (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including edge moulding and cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement, incl backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S&F factory made PVC moulded door shutters 30mm thick made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19mmx19mm for stiles and 15mmx15mm for top and bottom rails MS frame shall have a coat of steel primers. The inner panel shall consist of 25mm thick termite proof water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC rigid foam sheet in different plain, The panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm wide PVC sheet batten (Made by stacking 5 PVC rigid foam sheet of 5mm thickness and 25mm width) on the side opposite to where hinges are fitted etc complete as per manufacturers drg and specification.
