M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stoping of distempered surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper over and including 1.50mm thick wall care white putty in single layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Painting drops / spots due to ditempering on floor, walls and furnitures shall be cleaned by the contractor without any extra cost.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces by using necessary filling compound of Altek/Birla white 1.5mm thick putty to obtain smooth/even surface using sand paper and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant cement base primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
